How many HOURS of sleep do you get a night?

Brothers we really don't take good enough care of our heath...

work long hours, don't eat right, not enough exercise, STRESS..

but recently I have had bouts of insomnia and my doctor was very serious about dealing with it...


- Increased risk of motor-vehicle accidents.
- Increase in body mass index (BMI) due to an increased appetite caused by sleep deprivation.*
- Increased risk of diabetes and heart problems.*
- Increased risk for psychiatric conditions including depression and substance abuse.*
- And a decreased ability to pay attention, react to signals or remember new information.


I got a question:


How many HOURS of sleep do you get on AVERAGE?

I aint talking about catching up and sleeping all day on your off day either

Average 5 to 7.

Last night was in bed by like 1130ish...woke up at 212 :smh:

Fell back asleep, and woke up again @ like 530ish :smh:
 
4-6 hours is optimum for ME

Any more Im sluggish

Any less I'll choke some random person with people in the background yelling Worldstarr.

Edit: I regularly take a refreshing siesta in the afternoon when I can.

4 majority, 5-6 couple nights during the week.My problem isnt falling asleep its staying asleep throughout the night.

I then pop melatonin which is the shit and knocks me out in no time

I have two, and I can barely keep up :smh:

To make matters worse, even on weekends when I can sleep later, I just can't :smh:

The worst is the weekends, when I think I can sleep in and my son and daughter hop in our bed at 7:00am wide awake....

same here...can't stay asleep for shit...I'll get 4-5 hours straight then it's hard to go back to sleep...I might do an hour or 2 then wake back up then fall asleep for another hour or 2...if I take melatonin halfway thru then I'll wake up groggy

before i switched jobs last month.....i was getting about 4 hours of sleep a day....sometimes less...
now im getting about 6 and a half, which feels a whole lot fuckin better....

probably like 4....... and i STILL wake up multiple times :smh:

Dealing with sleep apnea is a bitch.
 
Not enough , inusually find myself in the middle of the night browsing thw internet for bullshit
 
6-7 during the week, 8-9 , on sat/sun

I hate myself for wasting wake hours though, but I'm a heavy Sleeper, and if not my bass gets sick lol

Sounds like you are not getting enuff exercise.
 
5-7 and i don't mean all at once..3 here maybe 2 there..i'm a vampire by nature..so if i'm gonna catch some z's it prob be btw 8am-12pm
 
average about 6 or 7. go to bed about between 11 and 12 and wake up between 5 and 7 like clockwork. on days off i get a power nap around 1 or 2 pm. got to get back to 3 four days of exercise but instead of being just active everyday

I actually had a co-worker who somehow negotiated that they get to nap on the job undisturbed. :lol:
