When I go to Africa countries, I say the same thing to myself, why am I fighting my ass up and these people have nothing are happy, smiling and relax. It changes my attitude on life itself, just seeing it with my own eyes. I recently had a friend who visit Africa for first time with her daughter, I told her go and be prepared for life changing moment. She spent a month living like they do everyday. She came back few weeks ago with different attitude on life.
