The number 1 glaring thing not said in court is the contact to TM's hoodie combined with the fact that the bullet hole is UNDERNEATH TM's button. That could only be accomplished if someone is pulling on his hoodie and hence they weren't letting him escape. If TM was leaning over GZ's body, a bullet hole in contact with the hoodie would be impossible.
