not only all of this. the guy just got up there and said that zimmerman was soft and couldn't even throw a punch etc.

so there would be no way he could overpower trayvon in order to even get his gun. he could not beat him to the gun, he could not fend trayvon off of him at any point. he would have been pummeled and defeated because according to his trainer he was soft and unable to do ANYTHING any type of defense any type of anything.

so that means as soon as trayvon got on him how would he get him off of him? he wouldn't be able to based on the testimony.

if zimmerman did shoot trayvon it couldn't have been from where he said BECAUSE they have said that once zimmerman was down he was out and he had no way to recover, breaking free and grabbing a gun and shooting (though impossible the way they're trying to tell it) could not happen based on the testimony they put out there today.


so if it couldn't have happened the way they're trying to say it. he was too weak to fight anyone or anything.

then he didn't fight....

he just shot trayvon in cold blood

based on the testimony that was given today

Right. That essentially means that LETHAL DEADLY FORCE, which is a last resort scenario in a self defense case . . . was GZ's ONLY CHOICE . . . not his last option.

I believe they did, briefly. The younger balding one (Mantei?) touched on it during the defense attempt to have the case dismissed last week after the State rested.

The THC is irrelevant, in my opinion (i believe one of the ME's said the same after further research). GZ was on med's himself, i believe with side effects that may have contributed to his "state of mind". Hopefully this comes out as well.

As bothersome as this may be...we have to be patient and let this play out. The prosecution can only present the facts as they know it, everything else is heresay and theoretical during cross/redirect. I believe their closing argument is where they will lay it on thick. I think Mantei should handle the close.

JG...excellent point on the mounted position and the degree of difficulty to reach the gun (unless it was already drawn). Much more menacing than a bag of skittles!
 
Say Trayvon did jump out the bushes and hit Zimmerman...Zimmerman is still an idiot for having a pistol and letting his guard down on a potentially dangerous person. I have a concealed carry permit, and I'm always on guard when I have my firearm on me, always looking...but then again, I rarely wear it out because the places I visit, there are rarely any violence or altercations going on.

During the 911 tape GZ said Trey was coming towards him. Then he says he ran away. I think GZ flashed the heat and Trey was trying to get the fuck out of there.

And also,GZ say he didn't know he shot or hit trey wit the shot. Why you stop screaming then if that's you asking for help? Why you reholster before you pinned him after the shot if you didn't think you hit him?:hmm:

This really pisses me off why Zimmerman keeps getting the benefit of the doubt the trainer testified that zimmerman lost 80lbs do you know how difficult that is. When Zimmerman shot trayvon and when he was being questioned because he just shot someone he was distraught, now Tracey Martin can't even get benefit of the doubt listening to his son death!!!
 
This case is the biggest farce I have seen in a long time.......

If a white teen was on PCP and stabbed a black George Zimmerman in the leg and George shot him......

wouldn t even be a fuckin trial.....George would have pleaded to avoid the damn needle.....

Zimmerman will get speaking engagements if he gets off. NRA, KKK, other groups. Hannity will help them. Fox news will pub their internet radio shows or whatever they do masked as controversy.

True, but they might send him a ribbon or small trophy. Either way, he's going to make a living off this killing if he walks. Taffee will definitely do well. There are so many black hate groups from hispanic to white that he'll be a highly sought after lecturer. Both will. Taffee's career as a air marshall is done, so the nation has to find him work.
