I have only ever aimed a gun at a person when a man broke into my house. I do not want to do that again.

Im busy as fuck so i only caught a bit today but during cross of Zimmermans professor he was allowed to essentially give jury instructions on self defense while the defense turned his testimony on its head and in my opinion used it to their advantage. Prosecution sat silent the entire time i watched his testimony. Not one objection. Very weird.

I'm reluctant to jump on you, but do you not understand what the prosecutors are doing?

Yes, it's slow and painstaking, but (1) they have to prove to the jurors that proper attempts were made to conduct DNA testings, and (2) with the absence of foreign DNA, it lends to disprove GZ's testimony that he/Trayvon were scrapping/grappling on the ground. This also strengthens the prosecutor's case - with the lack of foreign DNA underneath Trevon's fingernails. This is to discredit GZ, who said Trayvon was wailing on him, grabbing his face and slamming his head against the concrete.

Bottom line, you can't go from A to Z in court, regardless of how clear cut something appears to the average joe.

Yep.. The judicial process doesn't work like that.. They made the point about no DNA being in Treyvon's fingernails, but you can't just stand there and belabour that one point..

Looking at how close TM was to his destination, I find it difficult to believe that he would double back and circle around GZs car. I think he was making a bee line to the crib and GZ ran him down. I don't believe that GZ went all the way to the street to look for addresses, he caught up to TM at the location of the murder.

GZ states, "He's reaching in his pocket. I don't know what his deal is." He's looking at your creepy ass and trying not to drop is 24oz can of juice. GZ purposely mentions this in a premeditated means of justifying brandishing his firearm.

TM was almost home and GZ ran to catch him before he could get there. When GZ caught him in the dark walkway, TM's reaction was likely to be "Oh Shit!!!". I imagine GZs weapon is already drawn or at least made visible by GZ and the struggle of survival then ensues, with TM crying out for help knowing that he's so close to home. I imagine that he'd hoped his voice would carry down that corridor for his step-brother to hear.

I saw something on TV last night that really got me going!
GZ had a side belt holster, not a shoulder holster!
If TM was on top astride him, there is not way TM would have been able to see or reach for a gun that was on GZ hip! When you sitting on some ones chest raining blows down, how could you see whats on their hip when that are would be behind you? The re-enactment showed it better then I can tell it but cant find the video!

That ass hole already had that gun out and they were fighting for it!
Thats why that kid was screaming help!
That why Zimmerman never hit him back, because he knew he had that gun!
