The Los Angeles Lakers made their free agency pitch to Dwight Howard on Tuesday, the last of five teams.

While the other teams, most notably the Houston Rockets, offered Howard the chance to instantly contend, the Lakers can offer the appeal of cap space in 2014.

The only contract on the Lakers' books for the 2014 offseason is Steve Nash at $9.7 million. The 2014 free agency class could include LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony and Kobe Bryant.

That's definitely not what I meant. What i'm trying to say is that I wish the teams that have good GM's who are trying to piece together winning teams have success. I could care less about the ones with horrible owners and gm's.

If Lebron left Miami to team up with Melo in LA, that is supreme hoe shit. Lebron got we wanted and so did Melo. Kobe always got what he wanted as well. It's no longer about superstars wanting to get into winning positions, they just want to play with each other and contract all these other teams.

There aren't a lot of superstars in the league anyway so it's not like every GM has the chance to get these greatly talented players. So like I said, salute to the teams out here struggling to get theirs.

M.H.C. always had an issue with the Lakers stockpiling talent. Bruh, as a spectator I want to see some change.

As far as the design of the league, all you have is maybe a dozen superstars and all of them want to play on the same team. The NBA is awful and has been since the early 2000's. Like I said, I watch for my Nuggets. We've only been out the 1st round once in 10 consecutive appearances but I will always watch my team. I usually lose interest after the Nuggets get eliminated.

The NBA is awful, point blank period. Good thing we have the NFL though.

That's the thing though, if all the Superstars are teaming up, who you going to stack your team with though? The NBA is watered down with a lack of talent which makes it awful.

That's why I ride for my Nuggets so hard because we lost our superstar(who had a team put around him FINALLY after 6 years) and we finally got a good GM who stacked the team with the best possible players he could. We won 57 games and are still making the playoffs.

BUT we're not stacking like the Lakers or Heat. So like I said you can't really stack you team in a league where only superstars seem to win and you only got a few true superstars.
