COLUMBUS, Ohio,--We're Against Racism INC. (WAR INC.) will announce its intent to move forth with a new movement called the Citizenship Movement. This movement shall prove itself as the most significant movement in the history of America. Alarming as it may be, or outrageous as it may sound, due to a gross oversight after the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation, the United States of America today is left with over 70 million people who are descendents of ex-slaves and are in this country illegally. This gross oversight has affected the citizenship status of African-Americans who are the descendants of ex-slaves and living in America today. WAR INC. has planned this movement for some time now. However, in the wake of the different measures that are being implemented against the 12 million Mexicans of illegal immigration status, whether this occurrence is a unique timing or, some divine
intervention at work, WAR INC. feels a sense of urgency to move forth with
the movement now.
To give you the basis on which these claims of citizenship status are
founded, you can simplify your research by inquiring into the laws that
govern new citizenship. You will find that all new immigrants are required
to proclaim the origins of their national descent and participate in a
swearing- in ceremony. For example, during the early 1900s, when Europeans
came to America through Ellis Island, they were required to proclaim a
nationality and pledge their allegiance to America. If one were from Italy,
he/she would proclaim his/her national origin, get sworn in, and become
Italian-American. If one were from Poland, he/she would get sworn in and
become Polish-American ... came in from Ireland, Irish-American; came in
from Hungry, Hungarian- American, etc. Today, if one comes in from Mexico
the same requirements are still in place; he/she would become
Mexican-American ... should one come in from Nigeria, Nigerian-American;
from Somalia, Somalian-American ... you get the point.
The question now stands, why have African-Americans not been held to
the same requirements? WAR INC. cannot with absolute certainty answer the
question why; however, WAR INC. has ascertained with a great deal of
clarity what the African-American people need to do about this situation.
The answer being, African-Americans needs to make speedy reparation to
correct this gross oversight by proclaiming a nationality that meets up
with the constitutional standard and participating in a swearing-in
ceremony.
WAR INC. anticipates that there will be some people who will view this
movement in the negative. There will be those who think that this movement
is designed to agitate, incite, or rally people in some negative form.
However, on the contrary, the truth of the matter is the members of WAR
INC. love this country! Some of WAR INC.'s intentions with this movement
include bridging the gap that exists among African-Americans and other
ethnicities in America. Furthermore, WAR INC. believes this movement will
serve as a statement to those who believe that many African-Americans do
not have much regard for this country. Those beliefs are so far from the
truth. As people come forth voluntarily to participate in this movement,
WAR INC.'s belief is their actions will ring out loudly that
African-American people love this country and yearn for that patriotic
spirit that exists with other first-class citizens in America. WAR INC.
envisions, on July 3, 2006, thousands, if not tens of thousands, of
African-Americans coming forth and participating in a swearing-in ceremony
on the Ohio Statehouse grounds and igniting the spirit of many other
African-Americans throughout the United State.
History teaches that in 1492 Columbus discovered the New World. WAR
INC.'s theme is, once again, in 2006, Columbus will lead the way to a New
World. This is a national movement; even so, this movement is ignited in
Columbus, Ohio, and Columbus will be the torchbearer for this movement.
WAR INC. will have a press conference on Thursday, April 13, 2006 at
10:00 AM EDT. The press conference will be held at the following location:
African American Spiritual Awareness Crusade (AASAC)
2490 Cleveland Ave.
Columbus, Ohio 43211
In closing, WAR INC. prays that the media and press take on a
respectful and responsible role in their coverage of this movement. WAR
INC. would like to thank in advance all of you who have taken time to read
this press release, and a special thanks to all of you who choose to follow
up on this story!

this is exactly what i man when i say black people in this country arent american.

they're legally citizens but dont view themselves as such.

the united states is all they know but they dont know anything about the united states.

black people think their right to vote will expire in 2007, or the fed reserve print money, or congress can pass a law that will allow bush43 to serve 3 terms.

black people apparently know nothing of the constitution that governs them except for the 3/5 clause which escapes their lips constantly, but cant recite the amendments that abolished slavery, defined citizenship, or barred voting discrimination based on race.

and yes i know the history of this country - people abusing and ignoring the constitution has no bearing on the beauty of that document.

our rights are defined clearly. black people should care enough to read a 200 year old document. its only about 5 pages, handwritten no less. give a shit.

I don't think black people have a monopoly on conspiracy theories. If you want to infer all conspiracy theories on black americans as a whole you would be at least fair to also acknowledge that most of those conspiracy theories you mentioned were started by white people (Fed reserve, bush43).

Contrary to your belief most black people know they are American citizens by birth. Many black people do not feel like we are treated as full members of the American society so of course we have less of a connection to our American citizenship then white people. America has a very blatent history of denying African Americans full citenship rights (voting, land ownership, education), despite what the constitution says.

If it was that simple we wouldn't need the civil rights amendments would we?

Re: Are African-Americans Legally Citizens of the United States of America???????????

If this would have been brough up as a historical debate, this would have been a worthy discussion. From a legal standpoint, newly freed slaves may not have been considered an official citizen.

However, in the context of this thread, this is a silly argument. African Americans today were born After the Emancipation Proclamation and thus those african americans are americans by natralization. Meaning, we were born here therefore the govt must recognize our citizenship. The laws of immigration do not apply to naturally born in the US. Granted, durring the 80's and 90's the citizenship laws changed. But in essence that is how we are americans.

THis is just another organization exploiting the black struggle for their own gain.

i know white people are kooks, but there is currently a thread on this forum updated by a black person regarding the Fed taking over the world, black people on this black board promote to other black people how congress will allow bush to serve another term. how is this misinformation in black communities less self destructive than any other.

i'm not worried about white people being kooks. i've begged black people more than once on this board not to be kooky like white people. everytime i see a democracynow post i cringe. like japanese mafia weather machines started hurricane katrina.

but this isnt about conspiracy theories. this is about people's ignorance of the laws that govern them, and the eventual excuses made when confronted on why they dont know.

i know black people know they were born here, but the point is they buy into a belief that the laws that benefit citizens dont apply to them or apply to them at the pleasure of white people and can be taken away or expire in a way that is out of their control.

why every few months does the "right to vote will expire in 2007" email pop up if black people view themselves as americans?

yes, we were denied rights and i addressed that. and thank goodness black people in the 20th century knew what the constitution said and fought for their rights. they knew what was due to them. i cant say the same about their sons and daughters and grandsons and granddaughters.

you constantly make alot of excuses. it doesnt matter if we feel less of a connection than white people - which i dont believe - but that has no bearing on whether or not people should make it a priority to know what the document says regarding whats their's.

black people are paralyzed with fear that everything they have will be taken away at the slightest whim of white people. thanks for making your millionth excuse on this board for why black people cant take it upon themselves to do something in their own self-interest.

I'm with you, especially on the conspiricy bullshit. I work for the Federal government, and let me tell you, it's fucking impossible to keep shit under wraps, but those who wish to have a built in reason to fail don't get it.

No, we don't rights we have privileges, why do you think Bush had to re-sign the voting rights act, why do you think affirmative action exists, why is that we have to have government agencies to protect us from discrimination? So called Black Americans do not have a nationality, we are under the rule of the so called white man.
