You're comparing PG To Dave West... instead of Kawhi and Jimmy...

Is Kawhi or Jimmy B the leading scorer of their respective teams???

Paul George is... :yes:

Kawhi is what... 11pts 6rebs in the regular season...13.5 pts and 9 rebs in the playoffs... NICE... REAL NICE... :yes:

Jimmy B... is what 8.6 pts and 4 rebs... in the reg. season... 13.3pts and 5.5 rebs. in the playoffs... Not great but all things considered... Jimmy B is gonna shine in the future... :yes:

PG is what... 17.4 pts... and 7.6 rebs in the reg. season... 19.2 pts and 7.4 rebs in the playoffs... :itsawrap:

Don't tell me how PG compares to his teammates... Especially when he was the leading scorer for his team in the regular season... AND playoffs... Tell me how he matches up against the 2 other guys... :yes:

Those other guys didn't step up like he did... Jimmy B ain't step up and crack the starting line up yet...

... AND.... Kawhi plays with Duncan, Manu and Parker... 'nuff said... you put PG on the Spurs and they have 5 rings instead of 4...:itsawrap:

Kawhi is a silent assassin. he does everything his team needs him to be. He is mentally tough and did a better defensive job on labron than Paul G. Leonard is clutch. I think he is more mentally tough than george & butler. Its intangibles that i'm picking lenard over george. Spurs got a flexible system & kawhi will be their number one option in the near future. I like jimmy too & need to see him develop more but he is not george or lenard. Kawhi got a better coach to develop under at this point. Like george too, really tough decision, good question.

Thing is, leonard did what potentially great players do. he sacrificed so he could stay on the court. ok i can't be the #1 cause we got dudes with 3 rings in parker and manu and a guy with 4 in duncan... so im gonna step my defense all the way up and hit my shots.

we saw flashes of what he could do when he is given the chance... he was taking bron off the dribble just like george he was absorbing the contact from multiple defenders and finishing.

his jump stop push shot in the lane was money. he has the tools.

the spurs will be wonderful if they can run it through leonard cause just like george he plays both ends excellently.

You on some Bobcat Jordan drafting. Dude had one decent game and you want us to believe he was stresing Lebron and taking him off the dribble while beasting in the paint finishing with players draped all over him? Dude had a couple of weak ass and ones and that was it.

Paul George is a beast and his athletic and shooting ability is off the charts. He will easily be a 25 plus per game scorer.

Leonard has not shown any of that.

Why do people bring up that Jimmy isn't a starter? You do realize that he's a SF who backs up a allstar who is our teams second option right?

Jimmy's numbers are low because Thibbs doesn't play young guys. The fact that Jimmy is in the starting lineup now shows that he's a good player.

Leonard is also hampered by a coach who doesn't trust youngins either. Pop likes him but he won't be the number one until Timmy and Tony and that retard Manu are gone or just not playing right.

George is good but he needs to grow more offensively for niggas to be riding his nuts like he's the next KD. His offensive game is too inconsistent right now.

But it's still PG, KL, then Jimmy

This is got to be a joke right? P George is gonna get max, no disrespect to them other dudes but they are happy to be on the team. I like Leonard but after they cut Ginobli (I said it) he's gonna have to be consistent in this role

1) Rose is a PG, Jimmy is a swingman.

2) We had 3 other PGs (Hinrich, Nate and Teague) so he didn't get any more minutes from Rose being out.

3) Thibs don't play youngins until he needs bodies to fill in for injuries. Jimmy didn't get minutes until Deng started missing games this year. We barely saw Jimmy last year.

4) Jimmy didn't get the starting job at the 2 because Marco stepped up in Rip's absence and was better starting than coming off the bench. Then Thibs started playing Nate at the 2, while Hinrich ran the point to get the offense going. Jimmy only played next to Deng when it was to turn up the defense.

5) The more minutes Jimmy got, the more his offensive game started to show/develop, we started seeing him dunk on fast breaks, dunks off lob passes, he started knocking 3s...granted, he still needs to work on his jumpshot but it's all good because he'll be starting next season (because he's earned it, not just because Rip will be bought out/traded and Marco will be lost in FA) and he will get more shots as Rose kicks the ball out when he can't score in the paint.
