Re: {--Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - East Conf. Finals 2013--Miami 3- 2--}
You know its interesting, if refs are not gonna call the "defender jumped straight up call" in the post, then they need to change it on the perimeter too.
Cats like Wade and Kobe feast off that.
they were supposed to have cut out the lean in call too they just stopped. it was supposed to have stopped with the leg kick. they enforced the leg kick which is why they don't do it anymore but still fall for the jump into.
hibbert is the man period. i respect it. he tried to be cute and fouled out all the time. he went back and rebooted. now he jumps up if he can't block it clean.
and he sends it back to you if you show the ball too much.
and on the offensive end he just works. he may shuffle his feet some but not too much. he's controlled. we've seen him stop on a dime and let defenders fly then finish. the hook is money.. dude has done it.
and he's the dude that miami has no answer for. anthony did good tonight on hibbert but hibbert STILL shone through.
west played OK
the back court only score 20 points for the pacers
and they got NOTHING from the bench. so you can't look at it like ok them dudes played perfect.. they didn't
they just simply did what ive been saying since game 1
control the pace by sticking to the game plan.
they went away and they went on the run.
they went back and gently pulled away.
its no coincidence that 90 is the number. the 90 range the pacers can win. the game is slowed. the shots are tougher. you can't get free etc.
the heat shot 10-18 from the 3 point line
and the heat shot more free throws than the pacers....
see what i mean?
they can't help lebron. they're being shadowed.
cole should start from here on out.
