That foul was horrible.. the one to end the 3rd quarter that resulted in a foul on Lebron and also that 3 pointer was even worse.
However, I don't think it's the fouls as much as what is does to the pace. All those foul calls slow the game down....which benefits Indiana.
I wouldn't be surprised if Miami wins by 15+ in game 5 though.
