Taste wise my shits always a ten..I can cook pretty good

But for the sake of the thread ill rate my shit an 8

I made Cabbage with onion(sweet and red) , garlic and cilantro..Jasmin rice made with chicken stock instead of water and a couple of slices of a Brisket i smoked two days ago...

Hummm...about an 8 I guess. I was tired and not that hungry so I just threw a steak on the george foreman grill and had some sliced tomatoes sprinkled in herbs and italian dressing. Tomorrow (tonight) I'll probably cook the other steaks and serve zucchini cooked in butter with onions and corn kernels and a salad.

I won't even say experience though....some people i know been cooking since we was teens and we all early 30s now....still can't boil water, over season their food, use too much COTDAYUM Tony Chacheries (sp), not consistent with tastes etc.

With my bbq I'm ready to open a business, because my shit taste and look the exact same EVERY TIME. I can kick up the heat if i want, but i can make my ribs, chicken, brisket the same every time and taste good too. Everyone i bbq for say I'm top 3 best bbq they EVER had.....i got somebody right now wanna put some money behind me, but I'd rather just cater than run a bbq shack...

But when i do get a shack...vergies, burns, kirklands, triple j's, I'm putting ALL THEM MOFO's on notice
