I don't need to ask him because I know the difference between when a cop can use a taser to subdue someone who is violently resisting arrest versus when a flashlight cop is using it for the purpose of revenge or just to make someone comply with his command.

This guy in ATL was the authority of that Mall. He asked dude to leave. He should have walked his ass outside instead of refusing to comply. He was trespassing at that point, and causing a disturbance as well.. He got what he had coming..

Than they do the thugs that they have to walk through to get into their house/building. The thugs hanging all day on the corner and the thugs their kids have to see on their way to school. There is nothing like a private "authority" to use excessive force for revenge or to eject somebody when they are not being violent or about to cause you bodily harm otherwise every bouncer in every club would be tazing folks from left to right.
The proper thing to do was to declare a trespass and call the cops, but no, he wanted to entertain you all and the rest of the white folks by letting the world know that he tazed him a nigga .
