Indians (Hindus)
If you are asking were else is there racism.....it's kinda global. Sudan.....hell there was racism between the Hutu and Tutsi, and they are really the same people.
The fact that anyone talks about race and race is biologically indistinguishable lets you know its just part of our fear reaction of the unknown

No other. Racism (as we know it today) is a fairly new phenomenon when you look at world history.
Superiority over different cultures has always existed, however with the advent of sea fairing vessels, giving groups a chance to come into contact with other cultures, racism became an ideaology.
The racism we see in todays world is based on the Slave system that Europeans engaged in and spread throughout the world. "Racism" is a CAC disease that has been spread to other peoples and cultures, but don't ever forget that it originated with CAC once they began dealing with folks from other parts of the world.
- Black folks enslaved black folks on the continent of Africa. It wasn't based on race.
- CACs enslaved CACs in Europe, wasn't based on race.
- Asians enslaved Asians in Asia, wasn't based on race.
- Native folks enslaved native folks in the "new world"....again, it wasn't based on race.

Hutu is NOT a race.
Tutsi is NOT a race.
So that CANNOT be called racism.

What we term racism is practiced in many places.
You're getting hung up on the word race, which is in fact an arbitrary definition to differentiate between ethnic, cultural and anthropological groups.
We are in actuality once race.
We just choose to differentiate between each other for social, economic and cultural reasons.
So what we should be looking at is the impact of one group on another as opposed to getting hung up on an arbitrary definition if race.

AND TRY TO REDEFINE WHAT UR PEOPLE DID TO MY PEOPLE SO AS TO EXPIATE URSELVES OF UR FOREFATHERS SINS

YEAH..TIME TO MOVE THE GOALPOST !!AND TRY TO REDEFINE WHAT UR PEOPLE DID TO MY PEOPLE SO AS TO EXPIATE URSELVES OF UR FOREFATHERS SINS

"race" is not arbitrary nor an arbitrary definition.
"race" is a very deliberate creation.
It's a sociological construct created by Europeans.
"race" never existed throughout the entire homo sapien existence until 1600's.
"race" was created 200 years after slavery started.
No other groups throughout history have created "race".
Thus no other group could practice "racism".

The entire human race practices racism.
So what is the 'human race' then?
The word race is just a term to classify different ethnic groups.
Can you list the "races" you speak of?
Can someone answer this for me?
![]()
I'm sure you can google it.
The people that coined the term decided to classify people into races based on some arbitrary characteristics. I say arbitrary because Africans are a diverse peoples, some of them are genetically closer to Europeans than are to others on the continent.
The classification of people by like characteristics is not a new concept it's generally based on prejudice and stereotypes.
While the European model my be more structured in their approach, in an attempt to make it seem scientific, many cultures practice similar classifications but in a less structured way.
Do you object to being classified by race per se or is it the way you are treated and perceived by the dominant race that you object to?

Can you list the "races" you speak of?
I asked you a direct question and you avoid and then expect to engage me with a question of your own?
Answer this and then I answer yours, that the way a convo goes....

I only know Negro and Caucasian if those are the correct terms, which is why I said, I'm sure you can google it.

So you are having a discussion about "race" and "racism" and you don't know what you are talking about?

Blacks folks, at best, can only respond to racism, because it IS NOT a system they created.
Black folks can have ethnic division, practice bigotry, and even classism, but black folks cannot be racist.

I know the 2 that concern me the most.
It doesn't prevent me from making my point or you yours.
If you choose not to proceed that's up to you, but I'm not here for you to set me assignments.
We are discussing a topic, proceed if you so wish.

it does.
How can you talk about "race" being an "arbitrary definition" and you cannot define it?
Did you not post this:
Then go on to talk about the "human race"
You spoke with authority yet you admit no knowing the racial classifications you spoke of and now you are insisting that not knowing the list of "races" is not important to discussing race.
Wow
