If you had actually read the manifesto, it is clear that these are no mere "ramblings". He goes into explicit detail on the whos, whats, wheres, and whys that lead to this situation now. It's not all over the place or incoherent in the slightest, just long. More importantly he repeatedly calls for any investigative journalism to research the evidence. Do you think that if this just a fantasy that he concocted, the media wouldn't have reported as such by now? Nope, they just avoided that and labeled him 'crazy'.
