I am not a gamer so my video card is an NVDIA with 1 GB of DDR3 memory, dual DVI and HDMI out. I have 2 HP 19 in monitors side by side and I am satisfied...

I have dual 22's at work, however my home monitor is a samsung 55 inch TV.

I'm up there wit ya bruh...47 here. I started off with a 32 but I still couldn't multitask like I wanted. With the size of my room/desk I coulda got away with a 42.

aren't you limited to 1920X1080 in both cases? That is just too low of a resolution for a screen that size.

Besides that I just can't be as productive with one monitor no matter how big. I use 3 monitors at home now and anything more or less doesn't allow me to be as productive.

3 Samsung 2033 Syncmasters. Im actually going to try and trade these 3 for one big one, not using them all like I thought I would.

Who needs two monitors when you have a 27"? Specially when you are doing real work, not gaming or some bullshit?

Only so much you can display with one screen. Sometimes you want full screen of different stuff you working on, Excel on one, internet on one, email on one, etc

Three 22" monitors at work. I use my 55" LG Infinia 3D as my home monitor.

Guess you never heard of practicality? That "solution" doesn't trump actual monitors man.

Cause 2+ actual monitors using up physical space, power, graphics cards, etc., dont mean shit when you can flip between multiple desktops and xfr docs and items back and forth between them on a single big ass screen, or even scale your apps to the single screen? Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight!:lol::lol:

Ran a 24 and 21 for three years now. Thinking of replacing both for two 25s or a single 27 catleap, or monoprice monitor.

Got two 23" monitors (one Asus and the other Samsung).
Not sure how I ever lived without a dual monitor setup all these years

I use multiple desktops too. It's just something that you think is impractical until you actually use it. I don't have time to sit and scale everything to fit into 2560x1440 when I can easily snap everything to appropriate sizes in 3840x1080 or 5760x1080 if I'm running three.

When I was in Bantu on business, they were using a 6 screen set up. It was pretty sweet.

I have 4 on two nvidia cards. Every time I introduce someone to a dual monitor setup, they bitch but then can never go back to one.

so basically no different from tabbing through your open windows, no thanks. some people actually have a use for two displays. audio/video editing is a massive pain in the ass on one display. fuck a multiple desktop.

This just proves a lot of y'all have never left your moms basement.:smh:
