I totally agree with you also...but you know, way more than likely innocent black people will fall victim to these types of punishments. Blood thirsty white folks will urge mobs to kill black suspects just based off of a simple accusation, before any trials or due process takes place. Judges/juries will also be pushed to unjustly convict black people simply because they want someone to be the scape goat. The easily corrupted justice system is the only issue I have with capital punishment.
Then you better more than likely walk the straight and narrow, you better more than likely protect yourself until they come... because they are still doing it now, but under different rules and regulations. This is something which all blacks should now, other than that bullshit get along with peace as they fuck you up later with people crying later... most of you live on in that fear, that fear of them doing shit to you, getting another weapon to do shit to you, but don't address the fact that their murder of you haven't slowed down, their defamation of you never slowed down, etc.

The only point of my post was making an argument for not supporting capital punishment in the current USA due to how imbalanced the justice system is in cases that include black suspects. Now you are trying to make arguments for a race war....that we will quickly lose. If you are arrested in the US, even if you are totally innocent of any wrong doing, your fate lies in the hands of the judge or jury. No matter what evidence or proof you have to prove your innocence, your fate still lies with them.
You go ahead and resist being arrested, all they are looking for is a reason to shoot you and it sounds like you will quickly give them one. I have heard an read stories of cops provoking folks to get a reaction that can be interpreted as a threat so they can justly satisfy that "I got the power" itch they had when they turned in their cop application.
I believe right now, the biggest hurdle for the advancement of black and brown people is to support public officials that want to get rid of laws that put people in prison for non-violent crimes. Black families are destroyed by these laws everyday which results in their kids following in the same path.
