Just in a different perspective i guess but I don't feel Malcolm or the Panthers failed..I think leadership was killed or compromised but the foundation was still there and should have continued. But those with the charisma to lead didn't want to take the chance of being killed.



But it's never to late And the failure continues.

Now way should Dick Gregory and Sharpton should still be in the Forefront. Farrakhan is old and just over cancer and they really don't know who will keep it going after him. Damn sure won't be his son.

Seems when black people are the victims its a trivial matter. Maybe its a hate crime? Especially allowing whites to judge the actions of whites. They always manage to allow for some leeway. DO you remember the Phili Police and the Move group.....Only this time they use napalm..

We definitly couldn't all be bunched up together in one neighborhood and projects...That would be like the aircraft in Hawaii during Pearl Harbor and bunmched up together on the runway.

I still don't buy the official story of that. I actually knew her step father.

But they weren't going to beat the powers that be in that county who never investigated the alleged crime but spent all the resources to disprove it.

But that was the first thing that came to mind when I heard this story..

I live an hour and half from where this happen and I understand where you're coming from. But for them to get her to admit that she burned herself? I don't know bout that one. What they do threaten to kill her family? First the whole Obama shirt thing was a lie, now this new evidence comes out and her admitting it...:dunno:

She never said the Obama shirt thing, that was what others was saying. How old are you to say what did they do threaten to kill her family....I don't know what they did, but nothing would surprise me in that small town. Again we are talking about Louisiana, I was born and raised there, I know how they operate, so nothing surprises me. You act as if they couldn't threaten a whole family....

She may be lying, then again, she may not be...you're from Shreveport...so am I, and shit gets shady in Shreveport so imagine what happens in Winnsboro with probably 5 damn policemen. Why haven't they said the reason yet. I was told her mom went to get something from cafeteria and when she came back police said she confessed while under pain medication so even the medical staff feels this is a lie.

She hasn't admitted to anything and for them to have found her print while cause for a second look ,on it's own doesn't mean she did this to herself......

As I said earlier I still don't buy the story that law enforcement told concerning Brawley. I knew her family and especially her step father.

I also know that county where it happened and you don't make accusations about the police,DA there unless you have video.

There was another case around the same time where a police was having an affair with a prostitute and got her pregnant..she ended up floating in the Hudson and He killed himself.

Then there was the case of the female CO at Greenhaven who was found dead outside the fence in the dumpster area. They put that one on a cat that was already serving 2 life sentences and didn't have that type of freedom..Talk was the guards was moving drugs and she was going to tell.

So sometimes you need to wait for more than just the obvious.




And Al would move slow...You see Mason and Maddox still can't practice law.

They accused the establishment and the establishment came back with the bitterness of a womans scorned :lol:

Vernon Mason accused the Dutchess County prosecutor, Steven Pagones, of racism and of being one of the perpetrators of the alleged abduction and rape. The three were successfully sued for slander and ordered to pay $345,000 in damages, the jury finding Sharpton liable for making seven defamatory statements about Pagones, Maddox for two, and Mason for one. Sharpton refused to pay his share of the damages, and was paid by NAN.
