Nobody knows the sheer volume of shit the bus driver has tolerated, and then to have someone stand over you, as you're defenselessly driving a vehicle, and put their hands on you. Oh Hell NO. from a self defense POV - he didn't do enough to eliminate her as an immediate threat... and, why hold her by the neck? Sweet connection on the upper cut though.
