Bus driver suspended after slugging female passenger

A Cleveland city bus driver has been suspended after being caught on video slugging a female passenger while on duty, WKYC reports.

The video, first posted on WorldStarHipHop.com, depicts the male transit system driver punching an unruly female passenger with an uppercut.

The brawl continues until the driver finally leaves the bus.

The driver has not been identified pending an investigation, but has been removed from duty and will be suspended, WKYC reports.

RTA officials first saw the extreme video on Thursday, but believe the incident took place on Sept. 18. (Warning: the video contains harsh language and violence).

"Upon identifying the driver, he was immediately suspended and removed from duty," said RTA spokeswoman Mary Shaffer in an emailed statement. "His behavior is absolutely unacceptable. RTA apologizes to our customers for this incident."

RTA is investigating the altercation and the names of the bus driver and the rider have not been released.

That was beautiful. I am a firm believer in equal rights. So when I bitch wants to fight I have no problem taking her fucking head off. That's right. Women want the same pay and want to fight wars so be it. Protect yourself at all times. I back the driver 100 percent. Fuck all the bullshit. You can't play with the young and restless out in the streets. They'll just as soon do you something dirty if they think they can get away with it. I love the way he threw her out the bus and grabbed her shit to throw it after her. I'm smiling right now :). Five star post.
 
Heads online are already talking about starting an online fund for dude if/when he gets fired just like they did for the bullied bus lady.

Either the bus driver doesn't possess old man strength or that chick has a Juggernaut chin.
 
i heard he's suspended...i say let the man go...that was a hard lesson learned for the girl/woman but in the end it'll be worth it.

Dirtbag deserve every bit of what she got. Thats the problem with our culture we c/s woman that try to act manly. Other cultures won't let their young do the elderly like this but we let it go on until the shit hits the fan and then we try to step in. Plain and simple people should have checked the young ass girl before the mess escalated but it was entertaining to them.

It would have served her well if atleast one of the people on the bus had encouraged her to sit her ass down. Instead they seemed to be sprurring her on and hyping up the confrontation.
Once the situtaion became violent, all of a sudden they were concerned about the young lady being beaten up by the bus driver.
Unfortunately his self restraint and patience ran out and he lost it. He fell into the trap and will probably pay a big price for it. The young 'lady' hopefully learned a valuable lesson. :cool:

When keeping it real goes wrong. :D

Maybe it was worth it. Some older men i have spoken to today say no. So there's some odds going around. Maybe now that he can deliver uppercuts to children he can go into motivational speaking.

They fired him quick. I was expecting some more time here. A longer suspension. hmph.
