Bus Driver Goes BERZERK on Irate Teen Girl - Who's Right??

Ok let's establish some things.
This "female" was dead wrong!!!
The bus driver was not 'defending' himself as so many of you want to state. She hit him and stepped away from him. He had to get up from his seat and approach her. Had he thrown her to the ground while she was hitting him that would be self defense. What he did was retaliate. You hit me and so I'm gonna hit you. You can claim self defense in court, you can't claim retaliation.
He's lucky he may only lose his job. A hit like that could have put that chick in a coma or killed her. Is going to jail or losing your job worth it to teach some dumb bitch a lesson they ain't gonna learn anyway?
It's all about choices and everyone in that video made some extremely poor choices.
and finally, that bitch can take a punch! WTF I seen men knocked out behind way less than that.
The man is driving a bus.. More than likely PART TIME.. He don't give a fuck about losing that minimum wage job.. He's about to retire in a few years anyway.
Dude,where do you live because where I live driving a bus sure as hell doesn't get you minimum wage. If you've been doing it long enough you make some pretty decent money and have good benefits...

I agree... everyone involved made poor choices. There is no way that he should have hit her like that... that man was in no way afraid for his safely. Did you see how he got up all slow and shit? He was calm and he knew exactly what he was going to do. Delivered a tremendous uppercut that actually knocked the ponytail out of her head then proceeded to do the old school choke out on the girl. That cat is definitely from the pre-OJ era. She did take a punch... I'll give her that much... but she probably should not have been in his face talking slick and she DEFINITELY shouldn't have assaulted him.

Prime example, I'm on the bus last week in the Chi... When the bus stops, and there are elderly people, the bus driver lets the ramp down.. Some young kat started poppin off to an old dude in a wheelchair. Before I knew it, old dude in the chair reached inside his jacket and pulled his tooly out and told the young kat, "watch your mouth", "watch your mouth"...
Bottom line, if you gonna send your kids out here with no home training and they think they can say what they want to their elders, they will get checked... Like it or not this is 2012 and shit is real!!
