Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 08.28.2012

MORE ON ARREST OF WWE DIVA
by Mike Johnson @ 9:37 AM on 8/29/2012

As noted last night on PWInsider.com, Ariane Andrew, who performs are one of the Brodus Clay dancers Cameron, was arrested on 8/24 and charged with DUI in Tampa, Florida.
Andrew was arrested on the corner of Jim Walter Boulevard and West Shore Boulevard North at 2:24 AM and was released after paying a $500 surety bond the next afternoon.

Interestingly, she listed Wells Fargo as her employer, not WWE. Her arrest report noted that Andrew refused a blood alcohol test at the scene

She might have been drunk but she wasn't that drunk.
My mother gave me the same advice: if you ever get arrested, never tell them where you work.

And Claudio's look has always thrown me off cause he looks bigger than he actually is. They say 240 lbs and he could pass for 260.

I remember when I first saw him he was cut but not very big, like Rick Rude when he first started out. But then I saw him live when ROH came to Charlotte the first time and he looked like he put on 20-25 lbs of muscle.

Story is that TNA offered Sky a contract and he didn't sign it cause he tried out for the WWE. I wonder if his stint means that he may on the way to signing with them.

And the Punk segment was really good.

:

I had read that they wanted him but didn't offer him a contract because of the WWE tryout. With Jeez, Darsow, and Kenny King, they aren't hurting for new X-Division talent but I hope he comes back. Having seen how they do Justin Gabriel, Tyson Kidd, and Evan Bourne (when he's not suspended), I don't think he would get any shine in WWE, if they even ever brought him up from FCW.

:lol::lol::lol:

But let's be real, if they did that shit on TNA or Raw, niggas would yelling "Fire Russo!":D

THE WWE DIVA ARREST STORY GETS EVEN STRANGER, WWE COMMENTS
by Mike Johnson @ 6:00 PM on 8/29/2012

TMZ ran a story on WWE Diva Cameron, real name Ariane Andrew, being arrested last week on DUI charges.
However, according to TMZ, authorities allege that Cameron tried to bribe the arresting officers, offering them $10,000 if they would let her go.

A WWE spokesperson told the website, "Ariane did not alert us to this matter, we are investigating and will take appropriate action."

What the fuck?!

Damn, I guess Naomi will be dancing by herself.

People might but at the same time the WWE is currently doing a storyline where Santino's sock puppet has a mind of its own.

Besides this fits what happens in the company where this took place, Chikara.

I give Chikara credit for doing things differently and at least the guy didnt actually tap out:D.
King of Trios looks so good they actually make me wish I lived in Pennsylvania and that never happens.

We're going to act like you didn't mention Santino and his sock.:hmm:

Former WWE and current Ring of Honor star Shelton Benjamin posted the following angry rant on Twitter, noting that a tour of Africa put together by The Barbarian resulted in Benjamin and other talents being "stiffed" on pay:

"If any wrestler is asked by UPW/ Barbarian of Powers of Pain 2 got 2 Nigeria, get 100% of your $$ Upfront. stiffed me & the entire Crew last yr. or if U know a wrestler planning to tour with UPW/Barbarian "P.O.P" please inform them of my warning. I respect all talent that came before me and appreciate what they do but when a so called legend stiff his talent, some of which are not as fortunate as me to have made quite bit of $$ that person and his spouse Can go to Hell. Yes I'm referring only to The Barbarian. NOT WARLORD. to mention myself @valvenisent @jefflewis and a few other guys basically could have been killed when the bomb went of in Abuja the day before that bomb went off we were yards away from the embassy, and this MO'Fo turns around and stiffs talent. F--- YOU BARBARIAN!!!. To my fans please excuse my language but I held this in a long time hoping that Barbarian would reconcile the situation but like a true liar and Thief he nor anyone else answers calls or returns and if by accident they do pick up they hang up immediately. Thank God I have and still make a good living but I feel sorry for those guys who really depended on their pay-offs"

TNA TV champion Devon looks to have departed the company.
On his Twitter account this evening, Devon wrote, "I would like to thank the TNA fans for making the last seven years fun . I'm sure we will see each other again down the road real soon. I'm ready to see where God brings me to next. I can't wait. I see big things on the way. Oh and HELL NO I'M NOT RETIRING"

Devon signed with TNA in 2005 after departing WWE following a six year run with that promotion. He won the TV title this past March. While the promotion had noted that the belt would be defended weekly, that had been pushed aside in favor of the ongoing Bound for Glory Series tournament.

As we've noted on PWInsider.com earlier this week, TNA had not come to terms with either Devon nor his former partner Bully Ray for new deals.

That's fucked up.:smh:

I saw this. I'm still holding out hope that they work out something and stay. There's nothing waiting for them in WWE as it is now.
But if they do leave, let them get back together similar to how Michael Hayes and Terry Gordy used to do back in the day in the territories. Let Devon be getting his ass kicked by Aces and Eights and have Bully save him.

Marella could do that shit to Jack Swagger on Smackdown tonight and it would be well-received and it wouldn't surprise me.

It could have been worse. Last year Luke Gallows and Cliff Compton aka Domino were stuck overseas in Nigeria.

Vince doesn't keep up with anyone else but the people under him do so if WWE steals this, I wouldn't be surprised.

Clint Eastwood stole R-Truth's gimmick last night. I told my wife, "Huh, didn't know Little Jimmy was a Republican." She didn't get it at all.

I thought Clint was hearing some of those voices that Randy Orton hears on ocassions

Terry Crews mentioned this week that he's in talks with WWE to possibly do something in the future. Of all the guest spots that WWE has had over the last few years, this guy absolutely makes the most sense. He's gone from being a cult favorite due to appearances in movies and shows such as Idiocracy and Everybody Hates Chris to being a legitimate star thanks to turns in Old Spice commercials and The Expendables franchise with Sylvester Stallone. Crews has something of a history in wrestling, as he was a part of the show Battledome that kind of "feuded" with WCW. Shockingly enough for a WCW program, that never really amounted to anything and Battledome fizzled out.

Crews is one of the few stars from other arenas that would be a great fit in professional wrestling. Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, Flo Rida, and Chael Sonnen spring to mind as other potential crossovers, but Terry Crews is right there in the mix. Crews is in his mid 40's, but is obviously in appropriate shape to compete in the world of professional wrestling. More importantly, he has charisma by the boatload. He fit in well interacting with guys like Goldberg and Kevin Nash in Adam Sandler's remake of The Longest Yard, which is more significant than it may seem. Often times we see guys on the big screen and they look huge, but it's because they're opposite guys like Sylvester Stallone who's extremely short. Crews didn't look out of place with the big fellas, which leads me to believe he wouldn't look entirely out of place in the ring.

watch RT will probably be making fun of that on monday's Raw

He better even if just to pop the marks like me.

Impact! was really strong last night. Joe and AJ had a great match, another in a long line. AJ has been on fire for months with his tv matches.
That GutCheck segment was better than dude's match last week. The guy not getting a contract was exactly the right decision and dammit, Joey Ryan has to wrestle Al Snow, has to. Taz can't go so let Snow work with him when he's in officially. Smartly, they dont use him every week.
I'm glad to have EY and ODB back. That's how you book a comedy angle and place it in the middle to break up all the serious stuff.
For one of the few times in recent history, I can't see where this is going as they build up to Bound For Glory.
Storm and RVD was really good and so was Kurt and Jeff Hardy.
Daniels and Kazarian are gold in their segments and Daniels with the appletini is some good shit. I do like them wearing and mentioning the Marvel stuff every week.

Maybe this means we can get the long awaited return of T-Money.

And if you don't know what that means peep this.

That clip above send me on a youtube journey, watching random classic moments in wrestling history. I came across this gem and saw some perfect youtube comments.

It was said during that time that Shawn really wanted Shelton to go over on this one, but the people up top didn't agree with him. A shame...
This clip has something that is sorely missing from WWE today. Selling the damage. Look how HBK makes it look like it was pure LUCK that he won over Benjamin. After the 3 count, HBK doesn't even acknowledge it for like 10 seconds. Then he crawls up, barely. It really makes Shelton look like a million bucks, even though he lost, and made him a credible threat (well, it would have). A certain main eventer nowadays would have just no-sold it and smiled like an idiot. No wonder WWE is in trouble.

Who said youtube commenters don't get some things right

:eek::eek::eek::eek:

I guess I must have completely missed this. WCW was REALLY reaching in those dying days.

Actually that was one of the only good ideas they had at the time, Battle Dome was pretty popular at the time and the crossover made sense. I actually watched that show every saturday:lol:
