Donald Trump said women may like President Barack Obama because they "don't know him" and "don't get what's going on."
“Maybe [women] don’t know him,” Trump said during a phone interview on Wednesday's "On The Record" with Greta van Susteren. “Maybe they don’t get what is going on. And I still think that this is not going to be a popularity contest, it's going to be a contest based on jobs."
Trump criticized Obama as "somebody that will say some very nasty things" and said the president and Vice President Joe Biden are running "a very vicious campaign against Mitt Romney and the Republicans."
“[Obama] is a person that is not the nice person that some people think," Trump said. "And his popularity rating -- while high -- I think if people knew the facts, the rating would actually be extremely low."
Trump also addressed former Alaska governor Sarah Palin's suggestion that Obama replace Biden with Hillary Clinton, saying he was "surprised" by her remarks.
"I was a little surprised she said that because frankly, that gives people ideas and that would be an even tougher race," Trump said.
The GOP is trying to set Obama up with all this dump Biden for Clinton stuff.
If he were to do that ,you would see a whole campiagn based on Obama blames everybody else for what he does.
First he blamed Bush and Now he blames Biden.
Noway are they that concerned with the dem VP.
