She is most likely the same Tiara she has been. A procrastinator and generally a person who wants to run her forum on a minimum effort. Most of what she posted in the past was because her forum members complained, begged, cajoled or threatened to leave her site. Since she closed her forum (something she blames me for), Tiara has been free of pressure as that is why she has got away with the bullshit of posting nothing pretty much all year. The sad thing is that her members, however many they are, are on speed payments where she gets $15 from them every month without fail. With Tiara it was like you had announce in public that you were about to quit before she would do anything. In my case she reduced my membership to $10 a month and I still quit because she would go on these hiatuses without posting anything. And then I lashed out at her for this behaviour and the weakness of some of her post. Some stupid and mentally disturbed old fan from New York then stated that my criticism was so severe that if she had been him, he would close the forum. Tiara said nothing for a day, and then gave a 7 days notice the next day, that the her long announced forum closure would come at last. In that time, she took the opportunity to send me a testy private message blaming me for causing her to close her forum, and whatever that would cause. After she closed her forum, she made a few posts, which were actually good. I posted a criticism of the quality of the camera work of one, on her internal board, and from that day, she has been posting very sanitised shit- when she posts at all. Right now, she has pared her membership to group of suckers who pay her for doing nearly nothing...I don't think so. I quit that forum a long time ago...
