Breadman knows what's up. Philly got a green but two time world champ. Not the normal philly fighter. But he fights like a philly fighter. All heart, rarely pretty, but always victorious. I loved this fight.

Man I called it months before the fight. Khan has been talking about a Mayweather fight for the longest. He was actually in negotiations with Mayweather's manager before this fight even took place. He overlooked Peterson and look what happened. He overlooked Danny and the same result

I disagree. Khan just has a ceiling he can't pass. I don't put this on Roach. If you listen to his advice after the first knock down he told Khan to hold on and recover, Khan chose to try to fight his way out of it.
Khan obviously had an effective game plan but abandoned it in search of a KO win to make himself look good (same shit Donaire did last week).
I dislike Roach sometimes especially since he got big headed with Pac and Khan but he's a solid boxing coach. The way he's brought along and legitimized Chavez Jr. alone is impressive, and in under 2 years at that.

Man before the fight even started I was getting annoyed with Max's over the top praise for Khan. I swear I wouldn't be surprised if came out they were gay lovers. At least when HBO sucked off DLH and Pacquiao they'd earned it at that point.
This shit might be the best thing for Khan really. I think he was fast tracked and they tried to make him be too much too fast and it didn't work.
He and his team need to go back to the drawing board, stop chasing big paying fights and really settle him down and correct his obvious flaws. The dude has undeniable talent but tends to throw it all away in fights because he wants to look dominate and impressive enough to get a big payday.
Same goes for Garcias people. Don't rush him into a big payday because after this every big name fighter around 140 is going to throw them money to take advantage of this victory. I would take it slow and let him get some more experience with the higher level opponents.
I wish people would stop saying that Lewis and Hearns possessed bad chins. Lewis took bombs from Ray Mercer in a war. Mercer's power was on par with the Atomic Bull McCall and harder than Rahman. He only lost to those guys when he didn't take them seriously.
Hearns lost a battle of attrition to a Hall of Famer in Leonard and gave it all he had with a crushing defeat to another Hall of Famer in Hagler. The first Barkley fight was a fluke. Hearns was lighting Barkley's ass up until he got caught coming out of an exchange with his hands down. Hearns should have got the decision in their rematch.
