I'd let my kids do it at 16 or 17 and I consider myself to be super liberal but 11 is to early for my taste... Ironically I just thought about the various indigenous peoples that get piercings, marks and stretch their ears ands stuff.. I wonder how young their children are when they do it? I think that lil girl will be alright. I say this because i think that Will and Jada are two well-rounded individuals.
