So Lebron trash talks and show boats it's a problem?

I don't know why dude don't embrace the hate and go off on some full blown wrestling shit:

I posted why. He said when he did he had the worst year he ever had playing basketball. Not stat wise but he wasn't having fun. Lebron spoke the truth. No one should determine who you are but yourself

Who said I hate anything about LeBron?

I don't really care one way or the other if he wins or not. He's not on the team I follow so I gives not a fuck.

I just think it's funny how people latch on to LeBron's decision and make it into some "Fuck Whitey, I'm going to be the strong Black Man furthering my race" type shit. Dude just thought it would be easier to win a title in MIA. That's it. He wasn't trying to make any Black Power point.

People attach their own shit to what he did in both directions. I just take it for what it is - an athlete changed teams.

I do think it takes him out of the Bird, Jordan, Bird conversation though.
The reason why its became a fuck whitey thing, is because CAC's have exhibited a lot of displaced subliminal racism towards LeBron... The way it works is that if they were to treat a player like Kevin Garnett a ****** then their racism would be apparent and obvious even to most whites..
But attack a LeBron (who made a brash decision with the move to Florida), a Michael Vick, or even a Barry Bonds, well then its not considered racism, but rather whipping him for being out of line, too cocky or because they think they are guilty of something.... Normally that is just life, but for them to be overly mad and go on and on about every single thing they did, then I think they used the initial incident as an excuse to let the racism and hate out...

Kg doesn't showboat to me. Him beating his chest and yelling is for himself. Amping himself up that's not showboating. Hitting one of his players is after they score isn't showboating either. Showboating is hotdogging doing shit being flamboyant when there is no need to. I don't know how u guys see it. If Lebron was shit talking while throwing the ball thru his legs like ah shit here it come nigga, then that's showboating. Him holding the ball out after the foul may have been a lil bit in that direction. But until Lebron gets that ring he's an easy target. My reason for not liking Lebron right now has nothing to do with this though

Maybe, but I'm not going to entirely agree with your argument. Lebron did pull a power move in that he made the decision about who was going to get paid off of him. Dan Gilbert was making billions off of Lebron, and he was the saltiest (no pun, or.. fuck it. Pun intended) one about the "decision." Especially the way Lebron went about doing it, Lebron got too big for his britches. However, under the circumstances the all powerful white man couldn't do shit about it but try and tear down his character. Remember, Dan Gilbert was not the Cavs owner when Lebron went number one in the draft, some blind white dude was. He cashed out, and Dan Gilbert cashed in.

Gilbert lost when Lebron bounced, did Lebron owe something to Gilbert? Fuck no, Gilbert made his money off of him. Where Lebron made a statement for himself is that he chose who was going to get paid off of him rather than the other way around. He took less money to play in Miami, that says something about his business decision, and IMO not solely because it was an easier road to chips. But even that should speak to his love of the game, he could have taken the money and been content with a small shitty small market franchise.

The fans were butt hurt because they lost their home town hero (understandable), NBA legends thought it was a cop out of having to do it on your own (somewhat understandable), and Dan Gilbert was mad as hell because he lost the ability to generate big market revenue with a small market team (fuck Dan Gilbert).

What I find funny is people bash Lebron for "taking the easy way out" to play with Wade with out acknowledging the fact that MJ, Magic, Shaq, etc played for big market teams which made it easier for them to win chips.

Bron was literally Cleveland's economy hell prob ohio's entire economy and once he bounced them crackas went into full meltdown

The cavs were worth over 300 mill and just like that them niggas only worth half that

Exactly I love it because this was in KG face. The guy who is quick to pick on rookies and younger player but Lebron is smiling and saying yea in your face and you can't do shit.

I love it.

Lebron and the Heat are about to put an end to the big three in Boston. Poetic Justice.

Boston Big Three coming together played a factor in the Heat big three as Wade said "We asked ourselves What if Boston got together in their prime?"

Also FJP Garnett after the game said Lebron was "show boating" after the game.

This from the guy who screams and beats his chest after every made basket?

PREACH... I respect KG, still one of the best, that said... Dude need to sit his T-Rex lookin azz down. I mean, he's one of the best PFs ever, but I hate that he has to hype himself up by trying people. If he ain't careful he gon' find himself on poster....

They hate seeing brothers with that much clout and using it to their advantage..

He did what he wasnt suppose to do, plan and form his own superteam and leaving the league and owners out, and they've been out for blood ever since.

How is it they other teams in the finals was given tips from vets and owners on how to take the Heat down?

They wanted this man broken, and its not happening

:yes::yes::yes::yes:

They want LeBron to hold his head down. He's too superathletic, too dominant, too proud, too black. Dude is supposed to be an emotionless robot who feels guilty about being the best talent since Jordan . The racist white sports media doesntt want people to appreciate the greatness we are witnessing with him. Theyve successfully convinced the black community not to embrace or like one of their best athletes.

:yes::yes::yes: Ya'll are on point today, bruh!!!!

The guy isn't even playing the game and he is in the face of someone who missed a shot.

Lebron woulda did this it would have been on CNN :lol::lol:

I'm sorry I love that Lebron is about to bury Boston's big three.

I like KG as a player but all that extra shit????

A taste of his own medicine

:lol::lol::lol:

But I love KG though.

He needs to chill with the shit if he can only give it but not take it

how can he not take it? Did he call for lebron to be thrown out? Hell some niggas complain about flopping then they flop....what does that mean? It means I want to win. I can't believe there is even a thread about this....how come nobody said anything about Miami playing the celebrating card last series? Wasn't that a taste of their own medicine?

The media need something write about.

I remember when LA won the first two games of the Denver series, there were all these articles about how LA finally gelled and were probably the favorites coming out of the west.

In less than two weeks, LA was "a team searching for an identity".

:lol::lol::lol:

I guess you missed the fact that a big issue with the lockout had to do with the Decision and the Melo fiasco.

The tweets, articles, videos and shows are just a figment of people's imagination. If you are somewhat impartial you can see that.

Calling someone a conspiracy theorist is a cop out especially when no one is talking about a conspiracy to ruin the man, but to denounce that all the stuff that has taken place isn't true is just about as bad a climate change denial.

It is seems that you are the one sticking to your beliefs despite the evidence.

What dude mentioned has nothing to do with a conspiracy to undermine the Heat, but there was a concerted effort to ensure that the Heat didn't do well and yet they still almost came out on top.

He did what he wasnt suppose to do, plan and form his own superteam and leaving the league and owners out, and they've been out for blood ever since.

Yeah, people go overboard both ways on LeBron. Too far tearing him down, and too far defending him. To all you trying to portray LeBron and Malcom Jackie Martin Fredrick Harriet Rosa Parks X, just know, he DEFINITELY wants those white endorsement, merchandising numbers and money. That's why he's trying to fix his image.

This is KG bringing up someone else showboating.

It's like Kobe saying "I think Westbrook should pass the ball more often."

Again this isn't ESPN saying Lebron was show boating this is KG saying Lebron was show boating.

Again if it was no big deal to KG why he even bring it up.

then you have articles like this from cbs sports

http://boston.cbslocal.com/2012/05/...n-sends-message-early-in-celtics-heat-series/

“I think we all know how KG is,” James told ESPN’s Doris Burke shortly after the 93-79 Heat victory. “He always does a lot of talking, but it’s all in the fun of the game. He’s a great competitor. I love to compete too at the highest level. That’s what it’s going to be throughout the series.”

Garnett wouldn’t take the bait in turning the incident into a war of words.

“It’s all good. They’re home, they’re comfortable. And when you’re comfortable, you do things like that,” Garnett said. “We’ve got to make sure we take them out of their comfort zone and fight a little harder.”

Point guard Rajon Rondo echoed that belief.

“I mean, [we don't want to do] nothing dirty, but you know, they [the Heat] have to hit the deck, too,” he said.

Whether or not the LeBron laughter will be the reason, it’s clear the intensity is just beginning to ramp up for this series.

Garnett wouldn’t take the bait in turning the incident into a war of words.

So wait Lebron is baiting KG????:lol::lol:

this is hilarious because a guy known for doing shit worse than this has a problem with this

Also people spoke about the Pacers over celebrating at least I did.

Alex Kennedy ‏ @AlexKennedyNBA

The Pacers are very excited right now. I can hear them screaming and cheering from the tunnel.

Remember when Derek Rose said he didn't like how the Pacers celebrated during a regular season win this year?

Chicago Bulls star Derrick Rose does not usually raise eyebrows with his words. In fact, some have wondered if such a humble, soft-spoken star could ever be an effective leader, but the reigning MVP had a quote worth noting after Wednesday's loss to the Indiana Pacers."I'll never forget how they celebrated just from winning this game," Rose told reporters. "I can't wait to play them again."

these guys get too excited sometimes. Sometimes that can be gas on the fire

So, let me get this straight, we're supposed to root against KG, Rondo, Westbrook, Duncan, Durant, Melo and for LeBron because we support Black athletes???

What kind of sense does that make?

KG said it to try to fire his team up I already said it. I don't think lebron was even showboating this particular time but he's had people accuse him of that before so does that mean he did it?

Then on the other side like I said lebron said that shit about the pacers but he danced up and down the sideline while having wins. What you think D rose said about that since you quoting him.....this shit doesn't matter. Yeah kg said yeah I think they over celebrated a bit....big deal. You act like he called a press conference and went on and on about some shit. It's no different than trying to find press clippings. Pro athletes are emotional that shit really matters that's why coaches don't ever want anybody to give any material to fire a team up....it's no big deal at all

a reporter asked do you feel they were showboating and kg said "a little bit" OH MY GOD HE CAN'T TAKE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I mean, he can't just throw that out there unchecked.

I'm on the fence personally. I could argue either way and make a great case for both.

Lebron is easily Kobe's superior athletically. He's bigger, faster, and stronger.

Kobe is only superior to Lebron in one way physically and that is in agility. Not that Lebron isn't agile, but if you look at younger Kobe, he was one contorting, twisting motherfucker.

Mentally, I wish Kobe had Lebron's shot selection. Kobe's skill with Lebron's shot selection would be an even greater player. I still face-palm when I think about how someone who has studied the game as much as Kobe can have such a piss-poor shot selection. It's like a fat nutritionist.

Kobe's self-confidence exceeds Lebron. Hell, I think it exceeds even Michael Jordan's, but is it is the root of why his shot selection is so poor. He truly believes he can do almost anything. That's GREAT, but taken to extremes, it can be detrimental.

I've listened to the advice Kobe gives younger players at his camps, and it's abundantly clear that he is like one of those preachers that knows the Bible cover to cover, yet get caught up in bullshit scandals.

In any case...

Lebron for athleticism and Kobe for skill.

1. KG said it to fire his team up????? This is the Eastern Conference Finals. You are 4 wins away from returning to the NBA Finals. This will likely be your last run and as close as you will ever get to win another ring. People for the last three years have said you are too old and that Boston is done. Your GM has already admitted their will be big changes come July.

"Fire his team up?" KG needs to talk about what Lebron did to fire his team up now??????? Come on now. If this team needs to look at Lebron doing that to get fire up they are done. Their is so much other shit they can use to spark their fire

2. If it wasn't a big deal why say shit about it. He notice it and wanted everyone to know he notice it. He didn't point it out to fire his team up. This is the ECF if Boston needs to be fire up at this point they already are done

Lebron will never be the best player in the league/world or whatever until he develops a mid range game. It's either 3's or dunks with him.
