I cant even believe this is a debate or a trial. Police told this bobble headed spic cac to stay in the car, but he follows. So a 17 year old boy is suposed to allow some potential pedophile weirdo killer he doesnt know follow and confront him in the fucking dark? What pisses me off is the fact that Zimmerman is saying "I walked back to the car, and Trayvon jumped me".

I kinda agree but stalking is the term the general public incorrectly uses. From a legal point of view (in just about every state), stalking means repeated offenses over a period of time.
Supposedly even some Sanford police have said this.. the whole thing was avoidable if Zimmerman didn't follow. Hopefully the prosecution presents it that way and the jury convicts based on that fact.

Not true. By FL law (stand your ground one that is), Zimmerman will not go free. This law means that you have a right to stand and defend yourself if your personal space (his physical body) is being threaten.
When Zimmerman ran after Trayvon, Zimmerman was the one violating Trayvon personal space. Therefore, Trayvon had a right to use force to defend himself from harm. Zimmerman's life was never threaten until he confronted Trayvon. He can't claim self-defense after he provoke the aggression.
If he gets off it will be a major win for the gun lobby (gun manufacturers). They will make sure he is protected.
but here is your problem with that....Zimmerman never RAN after trayvon....zimmerman claims he got out of the car to follow trayvon....he then claims he lost him and decided to return to his car and was then approached by Trayvon. Zimmerman never approached trayvon...he only followed...which while we can all agree was wrong...it wasnt illegal...and when Trayvon approached Zimmerman...he became the aggressor...

Let's say Zimmerman gets out of the car and starts walking back. Trayvon doesn't know what the guy is up to(could be getting a strap) and decides to act first.
I believe Trayvon acted in self-defense even if he attacked Zimmerman and Zimmerman never said a word prior. He had every reason to believe he might be in the process of getting robbed or some shit.
Since Florida has SYG, shouldn't the prosecution attempt to prove Trayvon was the one standing his ground? Under Florida law, when can you physically attack someone who is following you and you believe may do you harm?

Sorry have to disagree. When Zimmerman was on the phone with the 911 dispatcher at one point the dispatcher asked are "you following him" and Zimmerman said "yes". But Zimmerman was breathing heavy on the phone indicating that he was running after Trayvon at that point.
Also according to Trayvon's girlfriend right before he got shot, she said that Trayvon asked Zimmerman "why are you following me for" and Zimmerman responded "what are you doing around here". Then she said she heard someone "bump" Trayvon followed by Trayvon saying "Get off, Get off".
And why would Trayvon run back to Zimmerman car? Zimmerman also claimed that Trayvon was circling is SUV while he was talking to the 911 dispatcher but yet Zimmerman got out his car and following Trayvon. Part of Zimmerman story doesn't make sense.
But this is according to "Zimmerman", the guy who pulled the trigger and took a life.
We probably will never know what happened in those 80 seconds, did the kid attack him or did he attack the kid? but we do know, Zimmerman was the aggressor and initiated this whole chain of events.
We just cant take his word that it was self defense when he initiated everything!
