^^^Good question. Probably it's the aspect of being controlled. You know how it is when you tease a woman to build up her anticipation & excitement, controlling when she reaches sexual satisfaction. It combines the mental & physical. It's good times.

It's not about being controlled, it's about giving up control. (At least with me.) Shit is stressful out here; at least in a place like that you don't have to think, just do and enjoy it.

But it would help if you were a M and the other was an S. Easier to slip into roles...
 
It is about giving up the control. I'm usually the aggressive one going after whT I want sometimes thru manipulation. But when the tables turn it's like having a taste of my own medicine.

Thats the whole point, who could let somebody have total control. Plus, play a game of " Is pain pleasurable"
