Who is your favorite fringe villian in comics?

Just came out of the most powerful villian thread and while my choice for that category is obvious:rolleyes: I couldn't help but think of a few fringe villians who may not be that strong or even the main villian of a certain character, but still you are happy when these guys are in a storyline.

For me:

3. Bullseye

2. Grendel (yeah I know but technically he was bad)

1. Deadpool

Whats yours?

I quit seriously collecting comics in the mid 90's (damn Im old) back than he was a bad guy going against cable and xfactor working for the mysterious mr tolliver.

yeah, but now he's the funniest cat in comics. I really hope they don't fuck his movie up.:angry:

Pretty obvious who Lord Sinister's favorite fringe villain is.

Yeah Deadpool ain't really a villain he's just a Merc.

Good question.

The Grim Reaper. Great villain who sometimes gets a push to the top level but always ends up back in the second tier.

and as a matter of fact, what ever happens to him? does he ever die? and how come he's so strong?

He was just in "Wolverine" as a leader in the Yakuza and the Hand so Fisk is still going strong.

He's strong because he's mostly muscle, not fat. He's a trained sumo wrestler so he's strong and can handle himself.

So far one thing this thread is showing...DC sucks when it comes to colorful villians:smh:

I was trying to include a nice 2nd or 3rd tier villain but cant think of any thats worthy (I could go into Batmans rogue gallery but thats a whole nuther discussion.)

nah he can't count as a fringe villain - Kingpin is THE villain \ nemisis for Daredevil.
The way Doom is for the Fantastic Four...

co - sign! I had to dig real deep, then gave up and just used KGBeast - other than that I only find the headliners like Luthor, Freeze, Darkside, Sinestro, Deathstroke, etc very interesting or well developed... atleast with Marvel you have a ton of interesting b or c level villains like Sandman, Toad, Sebastian Shaw, Mojo or shit even d level villains like the Foreigner from Spiderman or this dude here

Marvel has always believed in strong villains and it shows in the depth. DC makes a good villain like Prometheus and they kill him soon after.
