Not just this but the video packages leading up to it were excellent.
I'm just watching SD (as the ratings keep showing, people prefer it on Friday) and I already miss the guy Ryback squashed last week. I think they had something with him coming out, talking stupid, and getting killed. It gave them somebody to beat without sacrificing their good young talent.
Just felt like posting some Moments I loved in WWe new and old.

Hahahaha,some people would say wrestling was better back then 4 some reason.
That match is not indicative of the quality of wrestling back then, that was just a bad match with a historic moment. Wrestling overall was a lot better in the 80s because they knew how to blend the serious side of the business with the humor side of it.
Scott Steiner is at it again, going on yet another Twitter rant on Friday night. After taking aim at Hulk Hogan and TNA management in recent weeks, “Big Poppa Pump” has turned his attention towards Garrett Bischoff, who he claims has not earned his spot in TNA:

A match with the current X division, the best heel in wrestling and multiple former world champions and they're in the shadows like some ghosts.
This is a horrible angle with a horrible stipulation.
Absolutely true but Hogan and Andre knew how to work the moment since they, especially Andre, were so limited at that time. It was like the Heat-Knicks series from the 90s: low scoring but real tight and every little thing counted. I would actually take that match over a lot of current matches with a ton of highspots and flips and meaningless shit.
They've tried to surround it with a lot of good wrestlers but it's not something people want to see and I don't understand how Hulk and Eric with decades of experience don't get that. TNA drew a low rating last week but they'll blame that on the ODB-Eric Young wedding not drawing and not on them pushing an angle that no one is interested in. It was okay for a short angle but when Gunner killed him at whatever ppv they wrestled at, that should have been it.
Thankfully, after tonight, it will be over (crossing my fingers).
The match should still be good though, like Lethal Lockdown always is.
Is it me or does SoCal Val always looks like she has her face pressed against a window?

This is the one where Jushin turns into "Kishin" Liger. Very good match.

Just finished Lockdown and it was eh.
I can't believe they didn't put the strap on Storm. I like Roode as champ, I do but this was his moment just like Bound For Glory should have been Roode's. I don't want to hate on being unpredictable but sometimes you gotta pull the trigger.
They did their thing in the main event but I think they did the wrong finish especially when neither the tag titles, tv title, or KO titles changed hands.
Lethal Lockdown was fun but the finish was really slow until Garrett delivered the El Kabong.
Joe/Magnus vs MCMGs was well worked but, as I thought would happen, it was their first match and they haven't developed any chemistry yet. That's why I would have gone with one last match with Joe/Magnus and Crimson/Morgan. Those two teams had chemistry and it would have opened the door for MCMGs to get payback on Mexican America on ppv.
Velvet and Gail was okay.
The KO tag match was a waste of time. I love EY and ODB and Sarita and Rosita but having the KO tag titles on a man when they have a strict no man on woman contact makes it ridiculous and pointless.

I actually had no problem with Roode retaining. Storm looked strong here, but Roode is such a good heel champ that he should ride with it.
The only one that should have changed hands was the TV title. (unless they plan on putting it on the Pope). Devon just doesn't do it for me as a champion.
Garrett could give out $100 bills during his matches and he won't get over.
Joe/Magnus should have retained, IMO. Let them feud at house shows to work out the kinks. Also they should rehire Jesse Neal and reform Ink Inc. They need more tag teams.
I have no idea who Velvet is sucking off in the back (besides Sabin) but she's garbage as a singles competitor. I wouldn't reform the Beautiful People just yeat, but I'd find her an experienced tag partner ASAP.

Any other time, I would agree. But this was Storm's night and with the rest of the card being so/so, they needed a big moment to close it out.
I don't want them to put Pope and Devon back together. I think Devon could be a good champ but he should have been cutting promos and working on tv as champ the last few weeks. We know he can talk, he was talking when Bubba was still a stuttering idiot.
See, if Storm wins, you can put Pope in with him. But there are plenty of babyfaces for Roode to feud with with Anderson and RVD back on tv.
Not right now he can't. He's taken out his dad, now move him down the card ASAP. Let him work Xplosion and house shows and indy shows.
But I'll give him credit for taking a severe ass kicking.
I don't mind Joe/Magnus retaining but the idea of them working house shows to work out the kinks is for BEFORE they have a match at one of your "A" ppvs. I have no doubt these two teams, if they have more matches, will hae some kickass matches (that one was solid) but a steel cage match was way too soon.
They can't reform Ink Inc because Shannon Moore is in semiretirement to focus on his tattoo business (or something) but they definitely need more tag teams.
That might have been her best match in a while but yeah, she should go back to tag teams.

Crimson should have beat the fuck out of Matt Morgan. Once his foot was tied up, just destroy him. Go outside, win the match and come back and destroy him again.
