I'm a black man and I feel bad for their situation but ultimately, understanding they have to do what they have to do to survive, people have to do what they have to do to protect their shit! So, you want to use force to snatch people shit because of your circumstances, be prepared for the consequences of that shit as well. I for damn sure am not gonna start singing we shall overcome because a person, white, black or green, chips up one of these Pirates defending their shit... it is what it is, you live by the gun you die by that shit.

Good point, however these so called pirates do more than just hijack vessels, they're patroling their shores from illegal fishermen and toxic dumpers taking advantage of the countries lack of a central government to fund a national somali navy.

I feel you and I definitely sympathize with their plight. But, unfortunately when you try to take something that doesn't belong to you from someone else, you open yourself up to get dealt with. For instance, my brother in law lives in a pretty affluent area just outside of DC. There were a series of break ins in his development, and ultimately the perp tried to get at his crib. His alarm went off, and since the neighborhood was on alert, they reacted, eventually ran down the kid (he was 16), but due to the nature of his crimes he was tried as an adult. One of the things his lawyer tried to push was that he was an underpriviledged youth from the inner city, etc. but the Judge, who was black wasn't buying it, so the kid got max. The judge said 'just because you don't doesn't give you the right to trespass and take something from someone else...' I totally agree. Damn shame what's happened to their ability to provide, however, now, private vessels are tooling up, and if they get clipped, I won't be crying over that either... it comes with the territory...
