I agree but in the real world molesters are going to know they are going to get the death penalty for their rape, and feel they have nothing to lose by killing the child... Matter of fact it would be getting rid of a potential witness with nothing to lose..

My bigger issue with this whole story is the girl running away from home to be with this dude. I didn't read it but just floored at what crap this dude told this child to make her want to leave her home and have sex with this guy. I say don't imprison his ass, send him to Mexico so he can have sex with young girls all day where it's legal and he can live life with the drug cartels dodging bullets. Why do my tax dollars have to pay for him to eat 3 meals a day and watch tv? FOH

I guess if you add things up, repeated counts of rape, maybe kidnapping, kept out of school, plus the fact that she was 13, way too young and he was 34, old enough to know better. Plus she had to go through childbirth, and added burden + a ruined life. I have no problem with it.

While I agree she knew what she was doing at that age. You still cant let a 34 year old dude off with a slap on the wrist in these type of situations. Girls were fuckin at 13 when I was that age... But its was us fuckin them for the most part. Now you see old ass dudes preyin on 14-17 year old all the damn time. These dudes need to be held accountable because they know what theyre doing too. These little girls arent mature enough to fight fair with those older more manipulative men. Them playin their male peers for lunch money is one thing, but theyre no match for old dudes.
