Just like I said. The most fertile recruiting area is Dade County, Palm Beach County, and Broward County. Every major football school recruits that area every year. (USC, Oregon, Texas, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Michigan, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, FSU, Miami, LSU, VaTech, Clemson, Oklahoma, etc). All those schools have a recruiter on staff that specifically recruits that area.just scroll down and look at states with more NFL players per capita.

LSU doesn't have to recruit outside the state to field a competitive, top 10 team EVERY year. when they do, they cherry-pick the best from texas, alabama, ms, florida and sometimes georgia and south carolina.
