Season 3 Episode 1
Rudy starts his community service and finds out about the dangers of having a superpower. As he finds it hard to keep his ability a secret, the community centre’s regualrs try out their recently acquired skills following the deal with Seth. They have no clue though that they will soon be forced to deal with a threat unlike anything they have encountered in the past.

Wasn't feeling the episode... shit is almost in Weeds territory where shit is happening with no rhyme or reason and they are acting like it might lead to something, but then there is no pay off.

I don't miss Nathan's character but replacing him w/ a wannabe is kinda lame

The new powers are like wtf man???? :dunno:

I'll keep watching but this 1st ep was a lil disappointing

:( I got that too, but I didn't know if I was being sensitive and just reading shit into the show cause I simply wasn't feeling story development on something I was digging at one point, but was losing me.

Truth be told, they started losing me mid-2nd season but I held on for a minute, thinking they had a big plan to work shit out. Now I can say with full confidence that I'm DONE. Curtis's new "power" did it for me. These mutha fuckas are MORE than obvious, now. Fuck 'em. The writers need to be shot in the streets.

Co sign. A whole essay could be written about the fucked up under tones of this show and it took this episode to clearly point it out to me.
 
Like ya'll I kept wondering why almost all the love interests on the show are mixed "bright-skinned" women fucking with the white dudes. Last years Halloween episode with the mixed chick had me wondering, but now it's clear.

*On another not, the character "Rudy" seems like he's not a good fit for the show. He seems too old and out of place (maybe it'll grow on me).

Curtis's new power??? What the fuck? :angry::angry::angry:

All of their powers suck ass.
No one got good powers at all.:smh::smh::smh:

Hopefully it will get better.

Ya I don't like his character and they trying to make him as perverted and humorous as Nathan...which is lame...the powers are really suck ass...Simon's the only one that had a decent power...Alisha or however you spell it hers is somewhat useful too...Curtis' power will be reason alone for me not to watch the shit...dude said it was all that was left but that's just fuckin retarded...writers dropped the ball big time w/ that...the new guy w/ the Jamie Maddox shit (can he only create a double) has a cool power...but the rocket scientist and turning into a fuckin bitch shit is lame...I was hoping @ 1st that he could morph into other ppl but that's not the case...the new white chic had a cool power too...Idk between the new guy and some of the shitty new powers this might be the last season for me...I'm not gonna get caught up in the race debate...there's only Curtis in the show so every chic that is introduced can't fuck w/ him...he had the white girl and the lightskin chic...what I'm worried about tho is you know they gonna have him turn into the girl and have her (him) kiss a dude or some shit

Out of nowhere the white dude who starts off as a pyscho becomes the real hero to save the day and he fucks the bitch with no problem.

The black is morphing into effeminate bitch who was always scared and couldn't control his power for shit and he had the best power.

The other main female character came across as just as slutty but she had integrity.

I'm just going with the surface of this shit.

Alisha's power would have been good if she could control it. For instance, if she could just touch someone lightly with one finger and make them do what she wanted, it would have made shit more interesting. Notice that the two black characters couldn't control their powers but everyone else could?
I have had several issues with this show since day one but I let them slide because the first season of the show was good. Then when they went into that mystery mask bullshit, it went straight down from there.

I'm wondering if he maintains "his" mental state when he transforms into "her" or if she's a whole diff person...man this shit is about to get dumb..the randomness of the show was kinda cool before but now it just seems completely directionless
