At no point was his life threatened.

Paranoid? So if someone physically assaults me at my place of employment and I retreat to a restricted area, I am to assume they have my best interests at heart when they follow me? THIS TIME THE ATTACKERS DIDN'T MAIM OR KILL. But maybe the only reason is because he defended himself. Who knows what they were capable of had he not defended himself.

How do you think people get killed or maimed every single day? They are attacked. Some of the deceased and maimed probably thought that their attacker(s) were going to give them a fair one.

I am not wearing a huge scar on my face from a box cutter. Yeah, yeah, they didn't have one, but how do you know? They rushed the scene like they had some advantage.

The brotha did not retreat that is what people have been trying to tell you guys. He ran to get the metal rod and not to retreat. Witnesses have already stated that because he mentioned it while they were arguing.

Your excuse would never work in court in fact you would incriminate yourself. To claim self defense to excessive force or deadly force you have to prove your life was threatened. Meaning did you see a weapon. Now if she was committing a robbery then you don't have to see a weapon. She was not committing a robbery so you would have had to see a weapon. I understand what you are saying but that is not what the law says.

With him being convicted of killing a man and wounding an 8 year old child he is done. He was fortunante to receive a second chance and he should have walked away as soon as she was cursing at him. He is as good as done which is karma because the persons life he took will never get a 2nd chance.

If anything Mr. Mactintosh prevented what could've been a robbery. One jumped over the counter to create a diversion while the other one went around. Mr. Mactintosh being the quick thinker that he is grabbed the nearest item to negate such attempt. ;)

There wasn't any excessive force. Once his attackers stopped trying to get up(presumably to continue their attack), he stopped hitting them. Yeah mr. Prosecutor. Let the attacker get up after being hit. Now the thug is really pissed and you are in even more danger. WTF? What fantasy world do some of you live in? Check the sentiment online. It has to be close to 90 percent supporting this dude. Americans are sick of fucking thugs. This is a country where people can break into your home and sue you. All my defense lawyer has to do is convince the jury that some thugs could do the same thing to them.

Let's say out of 12 jurors there are probably two jack asses that are worried about the thugs(again, online sentiment would back this up). So after a verdict can't be reached, how much of our money are they going to waste prosecuting a guy who was working and got attacked by thugs? People are just sick of shit like this.
