4. saw his attackers chase him

Granted. My only thing in calling him wrong was responding to it in the fashion that he did. I'm sorry but in my mind if i have something to lose i'm not going to just react. But that's the thing, it wasn't a weapon. Mickey D' don't have weapons back there. I'm not sure what he was hitting them with, but it didn't look like anything dangerous. I could see if it was bat, but it look like a regular piece of metal.


What really fucks with me in this instance is this young man woke up, brushed his teeth, and went to his low paying job expecting to do his shift and make it back home safely. Just like we all do. Now he's in jail. It ain't right.

IMO he showed restraint at the counter and while beating the girls, if he had snapped, they would have more severe injuries or have been killed -if you doubt this, research the injuries of victims where the assailant claims rage /snapping / blacking out....

Unfortunately he is a parolee, and he is black, so he will do time, his parole is violated, but with a good lawyer, the felony charges will at least be plead down.
