Yeah...but who is that person? I don't think they currently exist in the Light HW division. Rashad is the most athletic Light HW, but that reach is a bitch.

what Page you been watching in the UFC? Dude has been very one dimesonal. He lost to Forest, Evans & now Jones. He barely beat Machida in a fight that could go either way. He never gets blown out the water until tonight which is a gift and curse cause he never goes back to the drawing board. He just does the same shit every fight.

I'm a huge Page fan but the isnt is evolving but devloving.

Quinton can learn from his loss and improve himself. He needs other fights. Don't forget that he was put in their with a new breed fighter who's rare. Rampage hung with him. I think he should move to another weight class. He still has a very good record.

I also like the fact that in MMA the champs are often so dominant and can basically take on any contender. Come fuck with it if you want. Guys like GSP and Silva holding their straps for years. The 205lb championship is truly challenging though. Here's the list of LIGHT HEAVY champs in recent years - LIDDELL / JACKSON / GRIFFIN / EVANS / MACHIDA / RUA / JONES. And that's since the spring of 2007 alone. Not even 4.5 years. Count the number of strap changes. SHIT

Rashad has speed unlike anyone at 205. He will be able to move out the way of the kicks and get on the inside much faster that anyone else at 205. He also had that double leg that I think Bones will be worried about. Bones is a Greco Wrestler there Take down D is Suspect just nobody with the skills to exploit it. Now with that said someone with long legs, and intellegence like bones will be working on his guard game so would have to pass guard very quickly or disengage and stand up. Jones has been strong in the clinch against all those white boys, but he couldn't get rampage down at will like he has before with the ohters. With that said Rashad has a suspect Chin and that can become a huge factor in this fight. But if he can beat Rashad and Machida he will be the greatest LHW as I don't see any other legit challengers. Phil davis has to many wholes in his striking at this point, he already choked out bader, and I haven't seen to many good up and and commers on the undercards at 205

Where's he gonna go? To 185? Rampage hates cutting weight to make 205, there's no way in hell he'd move to 185. Rampage has had a great career, and still has some fights left in him (he's only 33), but his game is not going to evolve much at this point.

Rashad is a pretty good all round fighter. If he can avoid the throws and elbows, it will be a very good fight. But keep in mind rashad has never been a big finisher.

Boxing has too many weight classes. CUt some weight classes outand get rid of some of the old fight promoters, it has a chance. Otherwise, boxing is gonna be on TV like cricket.
