Fighters like Jon Jones, Lyoto Machida, and Anderson Silva are very unique in their fighting style. That's why it's very hard to beat them. I would like to see Jones fight Machida forget Evans. Evans got demolished by Machida. He still would get totaled by Machida/

He was doing okay and trying to pray on Koscheck's injury in the last fight.He slips after the knee and Koscheck took full advantage.If Koscheck moves up to 185 he may get himself fucked up cause Anderson Silva would destroy him and I could see Belfort doing the same.
Why would he fucking go head up with Kos?

He wanted to test out the stand-up with Kos' (due to his December 2010 orbital bone injury) and keeping him at bay with the jab.
Always have to be careful with Kos' due to his wrestling pedigree ... and explosive takedowns. Fortunately Hughes was able to keep things standing for a few minutes and had good takedown defense on the 1st shot Josh tried.

He needs to play it safe and avoid what's happened to FEDOR / WANDERLEI SILVA / CHUCK LIDDELL a few years ago.
Matt noted recently he wouldn't mind a job like what Chuck has these days. Being involved with the company and taken care of like old school cats should be (in any sport).

He isn't retiring but mabey he should be heading towards the exit. Don't go out like Jens Pulver.

He had been preparing for Diego Sanchez (until he broke his hand) and didn't have very long to prep' for Koscheck. Also, Koscheck's only been in the game since 2005 and is a few years younger and is less battle-tested, fresher (aside from the orbital injury last December), quicker and more explosive (with better takedowns). I'm surprised Koscheck didn't just throw caution to the wind and charge forward and take him down immediately, instead of standing for a few minutes before getting the upper hand.
