Does kinda look like flyod stepped on his foot :37 seconds in.
Wonder if those are grounds for a NC
Headbutted him then punched him afterwards while the ref was breaking it up
Haven't read ALL these fucking pages but what I CLEARLY see watching this clip is how the young Ortiz lost his head temporarily from wearing all them precise blows from the round b4& leading up to that.
When I say "Lost his head" its because you clearly see him try & hug then peck Floyd on the cheek in some "Yo, My Bad" type shit RIGHT AFTER IT HAPPENNED admittingly apologyzing for losing his head in the frustration of missing all them punches, trying to get some type of points trying to redeem eating all them punches from the round b4.
{See 0:14}
Only he would know this & would damn sure not admit it but maybe he was trying to bloody that mouth to throw off Floyd from continuing the barrage of blows.
One hug/embrace was enough if any. Its NOT all good or in fair play when u headbut me, fucka;
The last kat who got away with TWO of them shits got a chunk of his ear bitten off, GTFOHWTBS Fams!

What he did was stupid, careless, unprofessional & just more evidence of how he was not mentally prepared, losing his head plus not keeping his hands up.
They touched gloves enough but the ref wasnt truly focused on the action in the ring even though he aint stop shit so its all legal as far as I see.
It may not have been the prettiest nor most classiest move, but it was legal & shit got street once kat came bull rushing with the domepiece as his only outlet to draw blood from that man.
Man, Sit yo ass on that ground where u belong.
Not to mention everything about Floyd's body language said he wanted to start fighting. Is he really supposed to wait until Ortiz is ready after the ref tells them to fight? Ortiz wasn't ready to go, too bad.
Ortiz landed, 2, maybe 3 good shots compared to Mayweather's dozen or so.
I think people get fooled into thinking the fight would change because a fighter lands a decent shot on Floyd and then misses all the others. Ortiz was clearly frustrated he couldn't hit Floyd.
The ref fucked up after the point was takin from Ortiz he should sent Ortiz back to his corner and Floyd was already in his corner Ortiz walk up to Floyd and started hugging Floyd to apologize by that time Cortez should have pulled Ortiz away from Floyd and told him go back to your corner. Then Cortez was supposed to be in the center of the ring with both boxers in their corners bell rings and the Cortez tells the fighters let's go touch up and box like the beginning of every round during a boxing match. The ref fucked up
I've always hated Larry Merchant

That old jew, cock suck'in bastard merchant should be fired...TONIGHT!!!!
Old bastard has allowed his personal opinions cloud his judgement to the point he 's not even away what shit spewed out of his shithole unless u play it back for him; even then, he's not man enough to admit his wrong & obvious bias;
he gives minimal credit where due then shits on that small bit of credit with slick side jabs injecting his own brand of bullshit; 50, 60 yrs ago, sheit, that fuck could be 17-22 yrs old & STILL get his ass handed to him on principle.
HBO needs to take a good look @ this & let MaxKellermen take that spot.
agreed.......not very classy cuz dude obviously wasn't even paying attention, but he broke the cardinal rule of boxing, "Always keep your guard up".........Floyd could see through his peripheral when the ref gave the "go ahead fight" signal.......so he jumped on it.......
I say, Good on him for being totally aware of the situation....
that wasnt no cheap shot that was eye for an eye the nigga tried to leap and headbutt the man so he gets knocked the fucked out
If yo truly watched the fight you would see that right Hand of floyd was beatin him like my pops did me as a child.
If you make a mistake you will have to pay.
Where's the HBO feed copy, y'all?
I wanna hear line for line the slick shit grandpops ass was injecting during this just for reference.
