Did Raw food diet for a summer best health I was in. Juiced mostly.
Even went out got a $300 juicer slow juicer less oxidation.
Was much cheaper then eating SAD - Standard American Diet
Went to Farmers market once a week got like $30 worth of fruits and veggies and was good.
