my health is not so well, i feel tired. i put on 50lbs. haven't been to the gym in a min, don't know why. just got lazy i guess.

last week i didn't shit for two days, i had a balanced diet but fucked it up so i think my body needs a break.

yep beer is gonna be put on hold for a long time. oh well.

Try cutting your diet down to 1200 a day and then go into juicing,for some its to much of a drastic change.

i gain fat everywhere not just my gut although it to got bigger, shit eatin a lot is how it happened, i dont eat fast food but when my gal cooks or we go out i eat a lot. plus i drink my ass off i can put down a case in once night.

Just a suggestion. Eat a large salad with whatever protein you decide everyday as the main meal. If you can deal with the burn drink straight 1-2 oz ginger shots by themselves or with 1-2 oz wheatgrass shots. Of course plenty of water. Before you go to bed drink a detox tea. These things will accelarate the process.

took like a dozen apples to make a cup an a half of juice:smh:
u can use all that pulp to make other things but i could never get into it

got a blender for like $30 at target and been havin fruit and veggie smoothies ever since:yes:
 
dont do the juice diet, try eating a raw vegetable and fruit diet. when you eat the food you get all the fiber and they will full you up more, it will also save you alot of money from juicing
 
From what I heard from a friend who got the Jack La Lane juicer, he gave it away and bought a Breville. He said it was weak and felt like a toy.

I got a Breville which at the time was 300 but paid 240+ from Bed Bath and Beyond with one of their 20% off coupons they always sending in the mail.

I never stayed on the diet to juice daily, shit was too expensive doing organic to make 'Mean Green' recipe.

So I used to do bag of 5lb carrots and 3 small beets from Kroger's. Would store it in the fridge in a glass container what wife and me couldnt drink the same day. By midday the next day, you have to dump it, raw juice oxidizes too quickly.

A suggestion for you, what I've been doing is look at having a diet of foods with high alkaline. Your body is probably absorbing alot of highly acidic foods and eating alot of processed foods. Avoid that shit.

Keeping your body in high alkaline would cure many of what's messing our bodies up, look it up (google)

A lot of sites also promote drinking water in high alkaline and buying these $4k machines. You can do the same thing by drinking a glass of water with some lemon juice in it. Lemons are acidic, but when entered into the body, it causes a high alkaline reaction.

You must have bought a cheap juicer or something. The Jack Lalane is only like 250 watts.

I just got a Breville 200XL ($99) and it juices the shit out of apples. I use Gala and Granny Smiths.

 
if youre serious about juicing then drop 300 on a good one.Like an OMEGA juicer. I had a jack lelane but it broke in the 2nd week of my juice feast. Juice feasting,behind water fasting is the absolute best thing you can do for your body. TRUST ME. How many days are you going for?
