Salary: $62,259 - 99,615
(Relocation expense reimbursement is NOT available for this position.)

Job Summary/General Description:

This position requires a creative and analytical leader to drive the company’s CRM program; this person is responsible for guiding strategy and execution of all CRM activities.

Duties and Responsibilities (in order of importance):


Create and maintain a strategic CRM business plan with goals, objectives and measurement; implement procedures and performance standards to achieve those goals and objectives.
Develop strategic methods of collecting and utilizing information to support sales and retention efforts.
Ensure completion of CRM deliverables and adherence to timelines; track milestones and timelines across projects and institute necessary work flow, personnel and financial resource allocations.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of best industry practices in the areas of CRM, consumer segmentation strategies, direct marketing and marketing campaign tracking and analysis. Ensure best practices are in place and carried out.
Serve as the primary architect of a “campaign oriented” culture where clear and measurable objectives are established, careful strategic planning is conducted, and the appropriate tactics are effectively implemented.
Utilize consumer level data to aid in the development of direct marketing efforts and provide ongoing support to the retention effort.
Conduct research and analysis to build customer profiles. Provide recommendations on marketing strategies to connect with these consumer segments.
Develop and maintain a program for organizational training related to CRM and customer database processes and best practices.
Supervise the Marketing Information Analyst.
Ensure that team members feel part of a team environment and take steps to ensure high team morale and cohesiveness.
Qualifications (educational requirements, certification or licensing standards, experience and basic knowledge requirements):


Bachelor’s degree required.
Must have a minimum of five years of CRM project management experience.
Must have demonstrated abilities related to strategic planning and tactical implementation of effective direct and database marketing campaigns.
Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record leading successful teams and projects.
Must have experience with SQL, data modeling and relational database concepts.
Extensive experience required in direct response, list acquisition, data mining, campaign development, segmentation and reporting.
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
Must be highly diplomatic, energetic and collaborative.
Must have experience managing and developing employees.
Must show strong experience in lead generation, activation and retention campaigns.
Must have the ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously with consistent attention to detail.
Balance of technical database skills and marketing campaign management experience required.
Strong drive and work ethic with an appreciation for a team-oriented culture.
Strong personal leadership qualities.
Ability to formulate vision and to focus teams on measured goals.
