If Sony wanted to create its own Spiderverse, Marvel laid out the blueprint.
Lay out a phase by phase plan, call them "Seasons" or "Chapters".....
Spiderverse Season 1: Venom 2, Morbius (just for example)
Season 2: Madame Web and whatever other movie is coming out
Season 3: So on and so forth...
Then have the perfect opportunity to introduce Miles Morales
