****RECIPE****
Meat ingredients:
2 lbs of ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup of chopped fresh Italian parsley
2 tbs of olive oil
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper
Garlic powder
1/2 a cup of milk
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 box of TGIF's jalapeño poppers
Vegetable Cooking Oil
Sauce Ingredients:
4 tbs of Worcestershire Sauce
4 tbs balsamic vinegar
2 tbs olive oil
1 cup of Grape jelly
1/2 cup of Pineapple jelly
1 cup of Original BBQ sauce
1 12oz bottle of tomato base chili sauce
2 tsp Tabasco sauce
Cooking Spray
Salt & Pepper
-Preheat oven to 350'
-Mix your meat ingredients together in a large bowl.
-Fry poppers in vegetable oil then remove from grease and place on paper towel to cool.
-Start making meatballs by taking a ice cream scooped and add some cheddar cheese to in the middle then add poppers to the ball before closing meatball. Then repeat for each ball.
-Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
-Add each ball then place in preheated oven and cook for about 45mins more our less depending on your stove then remove.
-In a large pot, add all sauce ingredients then mix and bring to a slight bubble then add your cooked meatballs.
-Cook until the sauce gets thick then plate & serve.
