Hello im trying to see can anyone point me in the right direction to start buying investment properties. Like I tried google but it’s not clear like where can I find properties and funding to fix them up. I have excellent credit around a 780 but I don’t have a lot of money saved up. And I want to do it in an LLC instead of on my personal. Please help.
