<h4>Prison reform is broken in America. It’s about locking people up and getting as much money out of them as you can. This doesn’t mean that some people don’t deserve to be put in prison, it does mean that there aren’t nearly enough things being done to make sure that people don’t come back. In Peru, they are doing something that isn’t groundbreaking but it does seem to be effective. We all know prisoners spend time on the yard working out, what would it be like if instead of doing it individually or in small groups the whole prison did it collectively? Check this video out.</h4>
