we all know that elgin baylor won executive of the year, but should danny ferry gotten a closer look?

before the season, the cavaliers got rid of:

jeff mcinnis
robert traylor
lucious harris
dajuan wagner
jiri welsch
luke jackson
scott williams
jerome moiso
desagana diop

and added:

stephen graham
alan henderson
larry hughes
damon jones
donyell marshall
ronald murray

Ronald Murray was probably the biggest midseason acquisition this year as his play in the playoffs has been important for Cleveland to play as well as they have. Flip is exposing Larry Hughes as another overpaid, overrated wing guard and I gope Flip finally lands himself a long term deal because of his play.

I also like the pick up of Donyell Marshall (highly underrated) as he and Damon Jones help keep the D from doubling LeBron when they make shots.

I believe Luke Jackson is still on the team and its a shame Juanny Wagner isnt.

What happened in NJ with Jeff McInnis? Seems like he fell off the face of the earth.
