He gat them #measurables doe

He comes across as a white version of Brandon Aiyuk
He has speed like both Deebo & Aiyuk
He can get open & separate in man coverage, by running good routes like Aiyuk
And he even played for the same school as Aiyuk

I said it multiple times last year
Aiyuk was the only player we had who could consistently beat man coverage
The Browns & the Chiefs exposed our weakness on offense
Man up the 9ers pass catchers.....and we can't do shit

No lies told fam.
It may have been a "reach" pick, but I'm reading reallyd good things about the young man.
I can guarantee, if he's a dawg and takes the offense to yet another level, no one will care about the positionong lol.

But if one of the players drafted immediately after him balls out...

My 49ers Brothers,

What's going on with everyone???....I see we got a WR for our first pick of the draft....I was hoping we will go OL or Edge Rusher for our first pick!!...We usually draft well in the later rounds so we will see!!

1. Look at CJ Stroud's reaction when we took WR Ricky Pearsall
2. Now look at where the Texans pick in the 2nd round

They have 2 picks (early & then late in the round)
Yeah I would bet money they were picking Pearsall with that early 2nd rounder

So he might not have been that much of a reach after all

The Pearsall pick was a good one that makes a lot of sense. It addresses the present and future of the WR position. I like it a lot. I hope B.A. takes him under his wing and shows him how to be a pro.

Lynch is asleep at the wheel. Too many good players getting snatched in front of them

I would've been okay if the 49ers take tackle, Roger Rosengarten
Or guard, Cooper Beebe
We need O-line help.....but John Lynch will probably do something stupid :rolleyes2:

If you know you need O-line help.....
Then why not jump up a few spots & take "your guy"
They probably just let the Ravens scoop their man
Watch John Lynch reach like a mofo

Brock Purdy will be running for his life again :smh:
We lost the Superbowl mostly b/c our O-line couldn't block Chris Jones
And we almost lost the NFC Championship game
Because the Lions kept running it down our throats
But the 49ers did little to address both lines so far

Copy & paste from the other BGOL NFL thread:
To be honest, this is how I see it going down...

1. 49ers just drafted WR Ricky Pearsall
2. We extend Brandon Aiyuk (but backload the contract)
Or if he does not like that, we let him play on his 5th year option
3. Next offseason we lock down Bradon Aiyuk, if he's not signed already
4. Then we trade Deebo (preferably to an AFC team)

I luv Deebo...
But the problem is his physical style of play
Dude gets banged up every year
He's already 28 yrs old, so I don't think his body will hold up too long past 30 yrs old
Again I luv Deebo (No Diddy)
But the smart move is to trade him before he gets too injury prone, before his contract is up
We don't have the money to keep both WR's and then pay Brock Purdy too

:sad::sad::sad::sad::sad::sad:

They're still not paying enough attention to the Trent Williams situation. Smart teams address needs ahead of time. They act like he's gonna play forever, not to me to mention he misses games every year.
Think they dropped the ball on that.
