An 80-year-old man was called a “white honky mother f—-r” and shoved by a black bus rider aboard an MTA bus in Manhattan, police sources said Monday.
The ugly incident occurred after the man climbed aboard the bus around 34th Street and First Avenue in Midtown around 6:30 a.m. on Sept. 3.
A woman he didn’t know yelled, “You white honky mother-f—-r! Get to the back of the bus!” repeatedly after he sat down, the sources said.
When the elderly man tried to move from his seat, she shoved him back into it. The woman then took off.
The man suffered a cut on his leg and was treated on the scene.
The investigation is being handled by the NYPD Hate Crime Task Force.
