ya bugging talking about black widow need a great bad guy in order to carry a movie... the truth is from marvel to dc 90 percent of the bad guys sucked.. guardian of galaxy both of their movies had shitty bad guys.. iron man all 3 of his movies had shitty bad guys.. loki was crap in avenger movie.. hell winter soldier by far is the best marvel bad guy villian..and zod was by far the best dc bad guy.. all these comic book movie have shitty bad guys... black widow on some raid redemption meets winter soldier shit would be a hit..marvel got a built in fanbase and word of mouth would carry that shit.. if that movie had raid redemption type fight scenes u'd watch it and than tell the next nig yo did you see that black widow flick that shit was crazy..than that person will see it and so on and so on..chicks would love a kick ass bitch flick..they liked wonder woman so they def liked that... ya thinking about name sake and not execution.. if they executed on winter soldier level word of mouth will have that movie moving

Thor shit should do numbers, but I don't see it as a classic. It had some funny parts, and some corny parts.

marvel sold ant man and guardian of the galaxy...i repeat ant man and guardians of the galaxy... i can bet 90 percent of their sales were from people who had no idea what those 2 properties were.. ant man prop was more popular juss off the name compared to galaxy but both were who the fuck are those guys to the normal person..yet both sold... widow is the kick ass sidekick to the guy who has the two best movies of the marvel universe..winter and civil war..she already got a head start as far as promotion..now make great execution..do another winter soldier mix with raid redemption come out with a trailer like atomic blonde and that shit will salestill dont think it does block buster numbers....

The movie was ok. In other words if you read the original material it wasn't good but if you're a casual fan you will like it for what it is. I feel the comedy was way too forced for the characters and in general. Korg, hulk and thor constantly joking on a somewhat Planet Hulk storyline with Ragnarok on the horizon? I think they tried too hard to give this the GOTG feel with the comedy and the bright visuals.
I said it once and Ill say it again Josh Wehdon, James Gunn and the Russo Bros are the best and original directors in the MCU project. But James Gunn took it to another level with action, comedy and seriousness in one movie. This movie was too forced with the constant comedy.

Enjoyed it, saw all 3 Thor films each one got better, this is easily the best one. Can't wait for Black Panther and the main event Avengers:Infinity War.

Naw, they wouldn't shelve it. It made too much money on a minimal budget. It cost 10 million with no bankable stars other than Jigsaw, minimal promotion and is at $30 mil after a seven year hiatus.
