Okay I didn't see the entire interview but based on the clip, I can understand where she is coming from. When your like 10 years old and up and another kid calls you the N word in the same age group, at that age your well aware of what your saying. At that age you may not be aware of the repercussions, but your well aware of what your saying. Your very first introduction to racism and the vitriol or hate it creates, it stays with you for the rest of your life. I just can't side with Shannon' justification or counter argument on this based off that clip alone.
